  • Creative Force: SaaS Product Support Jedi – Remote, EMEA

    Headquarters: Creative Force

    URL: https://www.creativeforce.team/

We’re on the hunt for a sharp, self-driven SaaS pro who’s as comfortable navigating staging environments as they are navigating human conversations.

Our EMEA client base is growing fast and we need someone who can keep up. Our software isn’t your average plug-and-play; it has a steep learning curve so you’ll need to be technically savvy while also being the kind of person clients genuinely enjoy talking to. If you’ve got SaaS in your DNA, thrive in async/remote environments, and can juggle multiple threads without breaking a sweat — keep reading.

    The role

You’ll join a lean, high-performing global support team working across two SaaS products, Award Force and Good Grants. Day to day you’ll be communicating with colleagues and clients across countries, cultures, and time zones.

Support happens across email tickets, phone, and 1-1 Zoom calls. Once you’ve leveled up on product knowledge, you’ll run onboarding sessions and client meetings covering issue resolution, best practices, and product adoption.

You’ll also be hands-on with bug testing and reporting, feeding considered feedback to our product teams— always pushing to make our products better.

We have a startup mindset. We experiment with new tools, iterate on processes, and move fast. Got a great idea? Pitch it. We’re not big on bureaucracy, only results. We don’t expect you to be a slave to your chair but flexibility is a must.

You’ll need to tick these boxes

    • You’re based in the UTC +1 or +2 timezone range. This is non-negotiable. Our EMEA team and clients operate in this window and we don’t allow shift work. If you live outside this range, this one’s not for you
    • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in a SaaS support or client-facing role
    • Native-level English fluency (bilingual? Even better!)
    • Terms like HTML, CSS, JS, API, integrations, dev console, staging & production environments, GitHub repos, and database queries don’t make you flinch. You don’t need to write code, but you need to get it
    • You’ve got exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—written and verbal
    • Client calls energise you. Four to five Zoom meetings a day? Bring it on
    • You’re a natural problem solver who loves helping others untangle theirs
    • Your writing is clean, well-structured, and detail-oriented
    • You’re curious by nature and love learning new things
    • You’re not allergic to upselling or fielding “sales-y” questions
    • You’re organised and process-driven. Multiple tools for different workflows? No problem — you thrive in that setup
    • You’re self-motivated and independent, but you also value being part of a tight-knit team
    • Remote work isn’t just something you dabble in—it’s where you do your best work. You’ve got fast, reliable internet and a distraction-free workspace ready to go

    Responsibilities

    Product support

    • Go deep on product knowledge through self-driven learning—become the expert
    • Be the first point of contact on all inbound support via email/tickets, phone, and eventually live chat
    • Run 1-1 Zoom sessions with clients for technical consultation and query resolution
    • Maintain our consistently impressive first-reply-time metric (yeah, we’re proud of it)
    • Provide technically accurate responses backed by hands-on testing of scenarios
    • Collaborate with engineering to squash bugs and keep clients in the loop with timely updates
    • Spot patterns in user issues and flag them for product improvement

    Be seriously good with clients

    • Speed matters. Respond quickly and decisively
    • Listen deeply—get to the root of the issue and own it until it’s resolved
    • Treat every client interaction with genuine respect and appreciation
    • Build trusting, long-term relationships rooted in honesty and transparency

Today, the DIVA brand is synonymous with the menstrual care category, driving change and bringing sustainability to the forefront of new period care innovation.
    We are DIVA.

As a pioneer in menstrual health and equity, DIVA has spent over two decades challenging taboos, advocating for education, and driving social impact initiatives that improve accessibility to period care worldwide. DIVA’s commitment to conscious wellness extends beyond menstrual care. Guided by science-backed formulations and human-first innovation, DIVA continues to develop vegan, cruelty-free, and premium crafted products that
empower individuals to feel informed, confident, and cared for—without stigma.

    Responsibilities:

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with Accounting to reconcile MCOG accounts and support financial reporting related to supply chain operations.
    • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain and inventory management activities.

    Quality Assurance Support

    • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to support the product realization process, investigate product issues, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
    • Identify opportunities for continual improvement across supply chain and assembly processes.

    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    About Us

Pickle is a business enablement service. We provide fractional, embedded, human-led support across the functions that quietly keep growing businesses moving. EA and executive support, admin, customer support, operations, bookkeeping and HR.

We’re not a recruitment agency, a consultancy or a software product. We sit in the gap between all three, and that gap is where the real work happens.

We work alongside founder and operator-led businesses at the moments when they need more capacity, more structure, or more support than they currently have. Our people embed into client businesses and take genuine ownership of the work. No task-ticking, no arm’s-length delivery. Just real judgement and follow-through.

What it’s like to work here

We value autonomy and accountability. We are human-first in how we treat our clients, our candidates, and each other. We don’t chase growth at the expense of quality, and we don’t treat people like resources.

We are a small, growing team building something we genuinely believe in, and we are looking for people who want to be part of that.

    What We Care About

Good work. Honest relationships. Doing things properly. We use technology and AI intentionally and we never let it replace the human judgement that actually makes the difference. We value calm over chaos, clarity over comfort, and ownership over excuses.

    The Client

Our Client is a growing joinery business that needs virtual admin support to handle the day-to-day volume that comes with expansion.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing admin role covering approximately 40 hours per month. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers by phone and email, and the person keeping quotes, invoices, and scheduling moving without anything slipping through the cracks.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Managing emails and the general inbox
    • Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries
    • Booking appointments and managing scheduling
    • Preparing and sending out quotes
    • Raising and sending invoices
    • General admin support as the business grows

    Requirements

    • UK based, with English as a first language
    • Experienced in small business admin — ideally with a background supporting trade, construction, or services businesses where the pace is practical and the work is varied
    • Comfortable picking up the phone and speaking with customers confidently and professionally
    • Able to turn around quotes and invoices accurately, without being chased
    • Organised and reliable — genuine ownership of a varied workload

    Benefits

    • A varied, hands-on role at the centre of a growing business
    • Practical work with a direct, visible impact day to day
    • Flexible, remote working within GMT hours
    • 40 hours per month
  • Founder Ghostwriter for a U.S. based Google Ads Agency

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We admire the importance of innovative social media strategies and are committed to connecting talented individuals with great companies that need their unique skills. Our mission is to provide great jobs to gifted people, regardless of location.

    About The Client

Our client is the fastest-growing Google Ads agency in the world. Led by founder and CEO Jem, the agency manages nine figures in annual ad spend across more than 180 eCommerce and DTC brands, powered by direct relationships with Google’s product teams and access to alpha and beta features that most agencies never touch. Their strategies aren’t public, their standards are exceptionally high, and their results speak for themselves.

The agency has grown rapidly because of the quality of its work while intentionally maintaining a senior, highly selective team. Their average client retention extends well beyond a year—an uncommon achievement in the industry. Joining the team means working alongside some of the best operators in performance marketing and collaborating directly with a founder whose personal brand is quickly becoming one of the most influential voices in the space.

    About The Role

The voice already exists. It is defined, documented, and unmistakable. Your core focus is scripting LinkedIn and Twitter across every content pillar, at volume, without it ever reading like a content calendar and without it ever reading like AI. From there you will write Instagram video scripts and help shape where the personal brand goes next. This is not a role for someone who needs a brief for every post. It is for a writer who reads the founder’s world, catches what is worth saying before anyone else does, helps steer the direction, and says it in his voice better than he would have.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Script LinkedIn and Twitter in the founder’s voice across every content pillar: Google Ads and direct response thought leadership, the ecommerce operator perspective, agency building, business philosophy, and personal brand.
    • Write Instagram video scripts, and grow into other formats over time.
    • Help shape the direction and content pillars of the personal brand alongside the founder.
    • Research what is moving across DTC, direct response, and the wider space, and turn it into timely content before the feed catches up.
    • Work alongside the content team to keep voice and calendar tight.
    • Use Claude to produce at volume while knowing the difference between AI leverage and AI slop.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience ghostwriting for a founder, executive, or personal brand. Portfolio required, this one is non negotiable.
    • Comfortable writing across platforms and shaping the voice to each: LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram video scripts.
    • Able to help direct a personal brand, not just take orders, and to write confidently across every content pillar.
    • A real grasp of direct response and what makes a person stop and read.
    • Native level English is essential. German is a bonus, not a requirement. Content is English only for now.
    • Daily, fluent use of Claude, already built into how you work.
    • Strong research instincts. You find the angle before the feed does.
    • Speed, plus the discipline to kill your own weak drafts before anyone sees them.
    • Hunger to learn the DTC and Google Ads world if you do not already live in it.

    Benefits

    • Fully remote. Work from anywhere, with flexible hours.
    • A seat inside a premium agency managing nine figures in ad spend, working a voice most writers will never get access to.
    • A small, senior, global team with no bureaucracy and no busywork.
    • Direct access to the founder and to work that actually stretches you.
    • Weekly personal mentoring directly from the founder himself.

If you excel at managing records, entering data accurately, and working independently in a remote environment, this opportunity may be the perfect fit for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining digital files, updating databases, organizing administrative records, and ensuring information is entered accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to data accuracy will play an important role in supporting daily operations and helping our team stay organized and productive.

    Document organization.

    • Apply standardized naming conventions and folder structures.
    • Convert formats when needed (PDF merge/split, image-to-PDF, compressing, version labeling).
    • Maintain controlled libraries (final vs draft vs archived), including retention tags.

    Quality control

    • Perform daily spot checks for duplicates, misfiles, missing pages, and unreadable scans.
    • Flag exceptions and route them to the correct owner with clear notes.
    • Maintain error logs and contribute to process improvements that reduce rework.

    Records governance & compliance

    • Handle sensitive records with strict access controls and confidentiality.
    • Follow retention schedules, legal hold instructions, and deletion/archival rules.
    • Support audits by pulling records quickly and documenting chain-of-custody steps.

    Collaboration & communication.

Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, or Customer teams to clarify file requirements.

Provide status updates on backlog, turnaround time, and issues found during processing.

    Tools you may use:

    • Cloud storage (Google Drive/SharePoint/Dropbox), document tools (Adobe Acrobat or equivalents), spreadsheets, ticketing (Jira/Asana/ServiceNow), e-signature platforms, and basic office productivity tools.
    • Success metrics (examples):
    • Accuracy rate (misfile/metadata error rate)
    • Turnaround time from receipt to filed
    • Backlog size and daily throughput
    • Audit retrieval speed and completeness
    • Compliance adherence (access control, retention tagging)

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in records management, admin support, clerical work, or document control (preferred).
    • Strong attention to detail; able to follow naming/filing rules consistently.
    • Comfortable handling confidential information and following strict procedures.
    • Basic computer proficiency: file systems, spreadsheets, PDFs, and collaboration tools.
