  • Toptal: Senior ServiceNow Developer | Remote

    Headquarters: Remote

    URL: https://www.toptal.com/

    About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow implementations — from module configuration and integrations to platform lifecycle management and technical debt reduction. This is a hands-on development role: requirements and user stories are typically already defined, and you’ll execute against them with real platform depth, not just admin-level configuration. Strong overlap with US business hours is required.

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions across relevant modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and others depending on engagement)

    • Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers with existing enterprise systems

    • Write advanced JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting — Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions

    • Follow upgrade-safe, OOTB-first configuration practices, favoring Flow Designer and Decision Tables over heavy custom scripting where possible

    • Support platform governance, data integrity, and technical debt reduction

    • Collaborate closely with existing product and delivery teams against defined requirements and user stories

    • Contribute to platform-architecture-level initiatives such as Now Assist (GenAI), Virtual Agent, CSDM, and ITOM AIOps where applicable

    • Support ACL remediation and platform security hygiene

    What You Bring

    • Strong to expert-level hands-on ServiceNow development experience

    • 5+ years hands-on enterprise ServiceNow development experience (8+ years in Information Services overall preferred)

    • Advanced JavaScript skills for ServiceNow scripting (Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions)

    • Strong communication skills for close collaboration with client and delivery teams

    • Comfort working within an upgrade-safe, OOTB-first configuration philosophy

    • Ability to work independently against pre-defined requirements and user stories

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with specialized ServiceNow modules: Integration Hub, Performance Analytics, Software Asset Management (SAM), CSM, or App Engine Studio

    • ITIL 4 Foundation certification

    • Experience with AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities (Now Assist / GenAI, Virtual Agent)

    • Experience with CSDM 4.0/5.0 and enterprise-scale platform architecture

  • The Humane League: Temporary US Corporate Relations Specialist

    Headquarters: United States

    URL: https://thehumaneleague.org/

    WHO WE ARE

The Humane League (THL) is a global nonprofit ending the abuse of animals raised for food. THL fosters a high-energy culture of teamwork and mission-driven problem solving, and we have earned recognition as Top Charity from Animal Charity Evaluators for all of their rating periods. Over the past few years, we’ve grown to a staff of 100+ talented individuals dispersed around the world. At THL, how animals are treated in the food system is at the forefront of our everyday work. We welcome all mission-aligned candidates to apply, no matter where you are in your journey to end the abuse of animals raised for food.

    YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As the Temporary Corporate Relations Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting The Humane League’s efforts to engage with corporations and advance protections for animals in the food supply chain. You are motivated to make a difference in the lives of animals and have the passion to encourage corporate decision makers to do the same.

Your primary goal is to support and conduct outreach to bring issues of animal welfare to key decision makers at food companies and their business affiliates. Through research, data-management, and outreach, you will contribute to building relationships and advancing corporate commitments and policies on animal welfare. You will support outreach efforts that increase the number of companies engaged and contribute to measurable progress against corporate commitments, including organizational goals tied to company policy advancement.

In this role, you will work closely with the Sr. Corporate Relations Manager, US to support and lead corporate outreach plans, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of engagement, and share insights with the broader team to inform ongoing work while continuing to develop your knowledge of the food industry and corporate engagement strategies.

You are a self-driven communicator who can effectively deliver messages in a professional corporate environment. You are comfortable managing your day-to-day responsibilities independently while seeking guidance on more complex situations and collaborating closely with your team. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys research, relationship-building, persuasive communication and continuous learning while developing experience in corporate engagement, negotiation support, and advocacy work.

This position reports directly to the Sr. Corporate Relations Manager, US. This is a temporary full-time, remote position lasting one-year (12 months) in duration, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role at The Humane League’s discretion. This role is based in the United States or Canada. To the extent permitted by law, in order to enable collaboration with other global team members, you may be required to work occasional hours outside of 9am – 5pm, depending on your time zone. This position requires domestic and international travel, equivalent to 2 or more trips per year lasting 2 – 4 nights in duration.

We will be recording a webinar hosted by Liz Fergus, Sr. Corporate Relations Manager, US, Aimee Drugan, Sr. US Corporate Relations Lead, and Debbie Malenke, Sr. Corporate Relations Lead. The webinar recording will be available to watch here by August 13th.

Please submit your application by Friday, August 21 at 11:59 p.m. EST. We encourage early applications and will continue accepting submissions while the role is posted on our website. After this date, we will begin advancing candidates and may close the posting early or extend the deadline as needed. If you are experiencing technical issues, please contact careers@thehumaneleague.org. Please submit applications and all supporting documents in English. All application questions and materials need to be submitted here through the application submission form; we do not accept applications through our careers email.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Execute outreach to decision makers at food companies through email, written materials, phone calls, virtual meetings, and occasional in-person engagement.

    • Support communication of proposed animal welfare measures and contribute to ongoing relationship management with corporate contacts to encourage policy adoption and progress toward existing commitments.

    • Participate in meetings and negotiations with corporate representatives, documenting outcomes and tracking progress toward animal welfare commitments while escalating complex issues to the Sr. Corporate Relations Manager, US as appropriate.

    • Conduct research to identify and verify information on food companies, industry trends, and corporate structures, including hard-to-find information, while evaluating source credibility.

    • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate, timely data on outreach activities,  contacts, and company progress, and share relevant industry insights with the broader team to inform engagement efforts.

    • Execute on outreach plans and schedules developed in collaboration with team leadership, managing multiple outreach streams and competing deadlines, and adapting priorities as business needs evolve.

    • Support outreach efforts tied to public reports and broader corporate engagement campaigns.

    • Collaborate with colleagues across teams and coordinate with external coalition partners to support campaign priorities, share research and contribute to coordinated corporate engagement efforts.

    • Develop a working knowledge of the food industry landscape, including key players, corporate decision-making structures, and relevant animal welfare policies and issues.

    • Utilize digital tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Asana, and other software to manage outreach activities and maintain organized data.

    • Develop proficiency in research, outreach, and internal systems with support from team leadership during the onboarding and ramp period.

In addition to the above essential job duties, other duties may be assigned as business needs arise. These may include non-essential, marginal job duties.

Upsunners are a remote, global workforce, and we thrive in a multicultural team. We are committed to open source and an open, welcoming environment. Our team spans the globe and the experience spectrum.

What’s our commonality, our cultural fabric? A curious spirit and a thirst for knowledge; an eagerness for innovative ideas and cultures. We believe we can build anything together in an environment that frees you to do your best work.

    Our values:

    We make a positive impact.

    We aim for the stars.

    We care for each other.

Impact of an IT Systems Engineer

As an IT Systems Engineer you take the identity plane from working to well-run: automated, governed, and consistent, so access is correct by default, and our auditors find evidence rather than surprises. Reporting to the IT Director, you play a pivotal role in a growing internal IT department, driving the internal systems layer around identity—from our SaaS estate to Google Workspace.

You are the person who makes identity quietly reliable: predictable, documented, and automated, while remaining flexible enough to support the wider IT function as our scaling remote organization evolves.

    What to expect

    • Identity and access management: Own Okta as the backbone of how people get access, managing the app catalog (SSO integrations for new SaaS tools), policy management (MFA, device trust), and directory hygiene (Universal Directory, group management, breakglass access). Run identity day to day, refine our SSO and SCIM integrations, and keep joiner, mover, and leaver flows accurate from our HR system.

    • Lifecycle and access automation: Automate provisioning and deprovisioning so access is granted and revoked automatically, not by hand. Build and maintain workflows with tools like Okta Workflows and n8n, manage access configuration as code, and keep SCIM provisioning in sync with our HR system.

    • Process and governance: Structure and harmonize clear procedures around the identity plane, so access requests, approvals, and reviews follow one consistent, documented path instead of ad hoc steps.

    • Internal IT systems and SaaS administration: Own our internal systems end to end. Integrate, secure, and validate our SaaS stack, administer Google Workspace as our core collaboration suite, connect our tools through Okta and our HR system, and own the application validation process.

    • Compliance engineering: Implement and evidence access controls for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 with our Security team, ensuring access reviews and audit logs are a by-product of well-built systems, not a quarterly scramble.

    • Endpoint and device management (shared): Partner on administrating Jumpcloud our MDM across macOS, Windows, and Linux, sharing endpoint and device management with our IT Operations and Endpoint Manager so coverage scales with the team.

    • Where the team needs you: We are a small, growing IT team, so scope will flex over time. You are happy to pick up adjacent systems work and support across the wider IT function as our needs evolve.

    What you bring

    • Identity expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with Okta or a comparable identity provider, including SSO, SCIM, lifecycle automation, and API-driven provisioning

    • IT Experience: Typically 5 or more years in IT systems, identity, or access engineering, including time in a developer-heavy or engineering-led environment.
    • Automation skills: You build automation with tools like Okta Workflows, n8n, or similar, you are comfortable with APIs and webhooks, and you script in Python or a comparable language.

    • Process optimization: You bring order to environments that grew quickly. You write clear procedures, standardize how things are done, and leave systems better documented than you found them.

    • SaaS-first operations: You have run and integrated a SaaS-based environment, where identity and APIs matter more than racks and networks.

    • Compliance fluency: You have worked inside ISO 27001 or SOC 2, ideally Type 2 where evidence is continuous, and you understand what auditors actually need.

    • Remote collaboration: You work well without close supervision in a fully remote team, and you communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues alike

    • Google Workspace administration: We are a Google shop, so hands-on Google Workspace administration is core to this role: users, groups, policies, and security settings.

    • Working style: You are comfortable wearing several hats in a small IT team, picking up adjacent systems and endpoint work, and flexing as priorities shift.

    Bonus points

    • Comfort managing configuration through Git-based workflows, or infrastructure as code with Terraform.

    • Professional proficiency in French.

    Impact of a Director, Sales

As our Director, Sales for Dispatch at Upsun, you play a key role in driving new customer growth and building the founding go-to-market team of our groundbreaking new product, Upsun Dispatch. Dispatch is a standalone platform where AI agents and human developers work together in structured workflows, bringing trust, control, and guardrails to the new AI-driven software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will help organizations discover the value of Dispatch by identifying early adopters, validating the product in the market, building trusted relationships, and guiding prospects from initial interest through long-term partnership- while building and leading the team that will scale this motion.

Reporting to the CRO, you own the full go-to-market motion for Dispatch: personally driving the sales cycle in year one, from prospecting and qualification to closing and account expansion, while simultaneously leading a team of 4 to scale the motion as the product validates in market. We don’t take that responsibility lightly and are committed to building diverse teams with an inclusive culture that can make a direct impact on the healthcare system.
One of Doximity’s core values is stretching ourselves. Even if you don’t check off all the boxes below we encourage you to apply. Doximity is full of exceptional people who bring their own unique experiences to work every day and make us all better for it!

As a Data Analyst on the Reporting Partnerships team, you will be an integral part of our Commercial Data and Analytics organization, working to generate physician-level reporting that powers client measurement and analysis.

This role can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters OR remotely in the U.S.

    How you’ll make an impact

    • Generate and maintain Python-based client reporting used to power client measurement.
    • Deliver new Python scripts for reporting use cases, from adapting existing client templates to building custom client scripts end-to-end.
    • Conduct daily QA and act as a point-of-contact for teammates’ SQL and Python questions, helping raise the overall bar for code quality and consistency.
    • Create and maintain both Python and SQL-based aggregate reports as needed.

    What we’re looking for

    • At least 2 years of professional experience working in business analytics or performance reporting.
    • Excellent SQL skills to create and evaluate complex statements involving numerous tables and data relationships.
    • Fluency in Python, with hands-on experience building, maintaining, and debugging scripts for data processing or reporting.
    • Experience stepping into client-facing roles, especially to translate technical solutions for non-technical audiences.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to stay ahead of multiple deadlines at once.
    • A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset: comfortable working through scripting updates largely on your own, escalating questions or issues when necessary.
    • A continuous-improvement focus, always looking to automate operational processes, elevate code quality, and deliver faster, more accurate reporting while strengthening value to clients.
