    • Create / collaborate closely with other design teams, such as circuit designers, system engineers, and packaging engineers, to understand design requirements and constraints. They work together to optimize the layout design for performance, power, area, and manufacturability.

    • Select the appropriate technology and process for the layout design based on the project requirements, such as the target application, performance goals, and manufacturing capabilities.

    • Optimize the layout design for various factors by working with SI/PI/EMC/Thermal/Mechanical subject matter experts. They ensure that the layout design meets the required performance and reliability criteria.

    • Support ECAD librarians by ensuring development of ECAD library parts meet PCBA Design for Manufacturing (DFM) & GM resiliency requirements.

    • Collaborate with component engineers, procurement, and supply chain teams to select appropriate components for PCBA design.

    • Apply Design for Assembly (DFA) principles to ensure PCBA design is optimized for efficient assembly processes.

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and quality enhancement in PCBA manufacturing.

  • Jobtable: SDR, Trades Software (Base + Uncapped Commission)

    Headquarters: Remote

    URL: https://jobtable.com

Remote (Eastern Time Zone hours), Full-time

Jobtable builds software for contractors and trades businesses: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, general contractors. We’re working toward being the standard software for more than 100,000 contractors across North America. Small team, fully remote, bootstrapped.

This is a cold-calling role. You’ll work leads we’ve already built through targeted lead generation, pre-qualified, not cold lists pulled from nowhere. The job, day one: book demos with the right contractors, the ones who actually convert into paying customers. That means qualifying calls properly instead of chasing volume for its own sake. Base salary plus uncapped commission on closed deals, so your incentive lines up with quality from the start.

What you need to be good at this

You have to be a strong cold caller already. That’s non-negotiable. You know how to read a contractor fast and adjust your energy to match theirs. You can handle an objection you’ve never heard before without freezing up. Trades guys will push back hard, talk over you, or hang up mid-sentence. Thin skin doesn’t survive this job.

You have to know how contractors actually work. You don’t need hands-on trade experience, but you need real familiarity with the terminology and the daily grind, and a sense of what a plumber’s or an electrician’s business actually looks like day to day. Talk to these people like an outsider reading a script and they’ll clock it immediately.

You have to run a process without babysitting. That means a real follow-up cadence and clean CRM habits, tracked consistently without someone reminding you. You also need fluent spoken and written English, availability during Eastern Time Zone hours, a quiet space to work, reliable high-speed internet, and your own computer and headset.

    One hard requirement

You need to actually use AI in how you work, daily, not as a talking point. A sales coach agent you built yourself, an AI tool for call prep or objection practice, something real and in use. If you don’t have this already, that’s a real gap for this role.

    Where this goes

This starts as outbound and pipeline management, but it’s built to grow. As you build real product knowledge (how Jobtable works, the technical side of the software, what problems it actually solves for contractors), you move into running demos yourself, then closing. Product knowledge is what separates a decent SDR from someone we build a real career here for. It’s learnable. Wanting to learn it isn’t optional.

Prior experience selling software or hands-on trade experience helps, but neither is required.

Base salary plus uncapped commission on closed deals. Paid time off. Fully remote.

  • Coinbase: Senior Staff Software Engineer – Blockchain Platform

    Headquarters: Remote – USA

Ready to do the most impactful work of your career? At Coinbase, we are uncompromising on our mission to increase economic freedom. The bar is high, the environment is intense, and we like it that way. This isn’t a place for complacency, it’s a place to be pushed past your perceived limits. If you’re ready to build the future of finance alongside people who refuse to settle for “good enough,” you belong here. Coinbase is a remote-first, but not remote-only company. Expect to get together quarterly for intense in-person working sessions called “surges.” learn more about working at Coinbase.

We’re hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join the Blockchain Platform team within Platform and define the technical vision for the infrastructure that connects every Coinbase product to the broader crypto economy. This team builds and operates the nodes, indexers, wallets, and orchestration systems that power every core crypto action (send, receive, stake, bridge, wrap, and more) across 60+ blockchain networks and 300+ tokens. You’ll lead the next generation of architecture for our wallet stack, indexing infrastructure, and asset identifier systems, directly shaping how millions of transactions execute with the speed, cost efficiency, and security our customers expect.

    What you’ll do:

    • Define and drive the multi-quarter technical strategy for Blockchain Platform, spanning nodes, wallets, indexing, and asset lifecycle, to support new chain integrations, new products, and significant growth in onchain transaction volume.
    • Architect and evolve core platform infrastructure, including nodes, indexers, wallet systems, and liquidity primitives, for high availability, low latency, cost efficiency, and security at global scale.
    • Lead end-to-end design and rollout of large, cross-team architectural initiatives (e.g., wallet stack rearchitecture, indexing stack redesign, asset identifier system), breaking high ambiguity into clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
    • Drive engineering standards for correctness, security, reliability, testing, and observability across all crypto asset operations, including transaction finality, key management, reconciliation, and failure-mode handling.
    • Own data-driven reliability improvements by using observability signals (transaction success rates, node reliability, indexing latency, on-call burden) to identify structural platform gaps and lead systematic remediation.
    • Represent Blockchain Platform in executive and cross-org forums, communicating tradeoffs, aligning stakeholders on strategy, and securing buy-in for high-impact technical bets in areas like Yield and Stablecoins.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years operating at a staff-plus level designing and scaling high-throughput transaction systems requiring strong auditability, idempotency, and financial precision.
    • Hands-on experience with one or more blockchain protocols at the node or protocol level (e.g., EVM chains, Solana, Bitcoin, L2s), with demonstrated depth in staking infrastructure, bridging protocols, or tokenization systems.
    • Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-team architectural initiatives from design through production at a company operating critical infrastructure at global scale.
    • Experience applying AI or agent-based automation to reduce operational toil in platform or infrastructure contexts, with measurable results in efficiency or reliability gains.
    • Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
