  • Performancepixel GmbH: Art Director Performance Creatives (m/w/d)

    Headquarters: Germany Cologne

    • Sprache: Deutsch mind. C1, Englisch mind. B2

    Benefits

    • Arbeite mit einem der modernsten AI Creative Workflows der Branche (Claude, Figma, Higgsfield)

  • MemberSpace: Senior React Developer

    Headquarters: Hoboken, NJ

    URL: https://www.memberspace.com/

MemberSpace is a SaaS that enables any website to become a membership business. We are a bootstrapped, profitable company that has been around for over 10 years. Our 10-person team is 100% remote, and we pride ourselves on being a low-stress and calm company with very few meetings.

    The Role

    • We are looking for a full-time Senior React Developer to work on major aspects of our product’s user experience and front-end architecture.
    • You will spend most of your time solving problems with code, but you’ll also be expected to think strategically about the product, understand customer needs, and contribute to the bigger goals of the business.
    • All members of the team are encouraged to think about the strategic direction of the product, present their own ideas, and push back on others’ ideas in a respectful way.
    • Our development process is loosely inspired by 37 Signal’s Shape Up. We work in focused cycles where the goal is to ship something simple, lovable, and complete that feels high quality and genuinely useful to customers. Before each cycle, our Product Team shapes the work with feedback from everyone in the company. Then we take things week by week – watching scope carefully, cutting where needed, and staying focused on shipping. After each cycle, we use a cooldown period to fix high-priority issues, maintain and modernize the code, and ship smaller customer-facing improvements.
    • You will own your front-end features and bug fixes from start to completion, including technical planning, implementation, testing, code review, and deployment to our staging and production pipelines. This often involves collaborating with various team members across the company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain major parts of the MemberSpace user interface using React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling.
    • Collaborate with Rails developers to design and integrate with APIs.
    • Maintain and improve our front-end codebase.
    • Create reusable components and patterns that help us move faster without sacrificing quality.
    • Write clear, thoughtful code that other developers can easily understand and build on.
    • Help improve our front-end testing practices using tools like Cypress and Storybook.
    • Participate in product discussions and contribute ideas for improving the customer experience.
    • Work closely with support and leadership to understand customer problems and translate them into product improvements.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Full-time Senior React Developer who mostly overlaps with our core working hours of 10am to 6pm ET, Monday to Friday.
    • Based in the Western Hemisphere (ideally USA)
    • Excellent English communication skills, including writing and Zoom calls.
    • Advanced React experience building and maintaining production applications.
    • Strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript experience.
    • Experience working with RESTful APIs and collaborating with back-end developers.
    • Strong understanding of front-end architecture, component design, state management, performance, and browser behavior.
    • Comfortable working across the product experience, from implementation details to broader UX and product decisions.
    • You are comfortable working independently in a calm, low-meeting, remote environment.
    • You care about customers and want to build software that helps real businesses succeed.
    • We expect you to use AI tools thoughtfully to ship faster and improve your work, while trusting your judgment on which tools to use and when not to use them.
