    Feet tell the story of health — especially for older adults living with chronic conditions. Belle’s Community Health Workers bring preventive foot care, compassion, and connection directly into the home of senior citizens. They complete essential screenings and assessments, often catching problems before they become crises. When concerns arise, our remote team of clinicians step in to coordinate care — preventing hospitalizations and helping members stay healthy where they’re happiest.

    But Belle is about much more than feet. We’re reimagining Chronic Care Management by blending in-home preventive care, virtual clinical oversight, and data-driven insights into one seamless, joyful experience. Every visit we deliver strengthens trust, improves outcomes, and restores humanity to healthcare.

    Após uma primeira etapa de apoiar nosso parceiro na estruturação inicial do novo pilar de Resiliência e Transição Justa por meio de um processo robusto de discovery e sistematização do conhecimento, temos o desafio de construir uma Teoria da Mudança para esse pilar, garantindo um olhar coerente sobre todas as ações a serem desenvolvidas, conectando o cenário atual e onde espera chegar.

    O núcleo desta etapa consiste na elaboração da Teoria da Mudança: um documento estruturado que parte da Visão de Impacto do parceiro e traz uma cadeia de resultados intermediários; compila atividades e intervenções concretas necessárias para alcançar cada um dos resultados intermediários, diretamente ligadas aos resultados desejados, formando uma sequência lógica de ações para a mudança, e identifica premissas e condições que precisam estar presentes para que cada resultado intermediário ocorra.

    Esse processo permitirá ao contratante ter clareza da sua estratégia, tendo o cenário de ação como ponto de partida, a visão de impacto como ponto de chegada, os caminhos de mudança, os resultados intermediários e as premissas de ação.

    Perfil esperado

    • Formação superior completa em ciências sociais, economia, administração, estatística, sustentabilidade ou áreas correlatas;
    • Experiência em transição justa, transição para economias de baixo carbono, mudanças climáticas ou proteção socioambiental;
    • Mestrado, doutorado e/ou pós-graduação na área são desejáveis;
    • Experiência em teoria da mudança e avaliação de impacto;
    • Conhecimento em frameworks de impacto relacionados aos ODS;
    • Boa capacidade de pesquisa e redação de relatórios;
    • Boa capacidade de sintetização e elaboração de apresentações;
    • Desejável experiência com projetos de pesquisa aplicada e interface com stakeholders;
    • Domínio avançado de inglês;
    • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipes interdisciplinares;
    • Facilidade no relacionamento com especialistas e para apresentação a públicos;
    • Importante residir em São Paulo ou região próxima. Trabalho predominantemente remoto, com atividades esporádicas presenciais, como oficinas e workshops.

    Atividades

    • Desenvolver a Teoria da Mudança: Criar e estruturar o arcabouço lógico que conecta objetivos estratégicos, resultados intermediários, atividades e indicadores de impacto;
    • Conduzir revisões de literatura e benchmarking: Pesquisar modelos, abordagens e referências nacionais e internacionais do estado da arte sobre teoria da mudança e avaliação de impacto nos temas trabalhados, trazendo melhores práticas para o contexto local;
    • Elaborar diagnósticos e cenários de ação: Sistematizar dados e informações qualitativas e quantitativas junto ao time para produzir relatórios que subsidiem a tomada de decisão estratégica;
    • Elaborar apresentações executivas e relatórios detalhados tanto para a alta liderança quanto para técnicos e especialistas.
