  • BRANDOG Digital: Senior Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Social

    Headquarters: United States

    URL: https://www.brandogdigital.com/

Location: Remote (US, Canada or Latin America)
    Type: Contract / FTE Equivalent
    Start: Immediately

    The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own a pod of paid social DTC accounts end to end: strategy, buying, and client relationship. You’ll work directly alongside the founders to shape how we grow our clients’ businesses and our agency’s capabilities, while mentoring junior team members and drawing on them for support. Your primary responsibility will be your pod of accounts, and you will also assist the founders across the business with other clients as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    Whole-Business Performance

    • You evaluate accounts through blended CAC, contribution of paid to total revenue, new-vs-returning mix, and retention signals, and you make day-to-day decisions off real performance. Forecasts are a guide and the actual numbers drive your decision-making. You can explain why platform ROAS alone is a bad compass.

    Campaign Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and own full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta (plus potentially TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms as needed)
    • Set monthly targets grounded in the client’s actual CPA and funded budget, adjusting as reality comes in
    • Hands-on platform execution: budget allocation, pacing, scaling, and cutting based on performance and client KPIs
    • Lead campaign setup, launch, ongoing optimization, and performance analysis across your pod

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Own client-facing performance reporting — translating data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations
    • Build and maintain advanced dashboards using Google Sheets, Supermetrics, and similar tools
    • Conduct regular account audits to identify growth and efficiency opportunities
    • Establish and track KPIs, benchmarks, and forecasting models across accounts

    Creative Strategy

    • Translate revenue goals into a plan for what the creative team needs to produce, and when
    • Analyze creative performance and use data to inform iteration cycles and testing roadmaps
    • Build and manage structured A/B testing frameworks across creative

    Client & Team Leadership

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for key client accounts, building trust through proactive communication and strategic guidance
    • Lead client status calls and strategy presentations with a clear, confident perspective
    • Deliver difficult news clearly and present paths to a solution
    • Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to Marketing Analysts and junior team members
    • Collaborate with founders on agency operations, new business pitches, and process improvements

    How the Ramp Works

The timeline is quick, but the ramp is structured and gradual — we make sure you’re confident before you take over, then expect you to run it day to day, with founders staying involved at the strategic level.

    • Months 1–2: Take over buying and strategy on your starting pod with founder oversight, shadowing then co-leading client calls.
    • Months 3–4: Lead calls solo as founders step back to strategic oversight.

We’ll know it’s working if by month four, your pod runs seamlessly through you, and you’re handling day-to-day calls, strategy, and buying.

    How We Work

You’ll work directly with the founders who’ve built the systems you’ll run. We give you the context, tools, and information you need, then we expect you to be independent and trust you to run with it. You arrive with the paid marketing knowledge, and we help you sharpen how you apply it.

We have a defined way of operating — performance-led planning, a structured creative cadence, specific views on measurement — refined across years of DTC accounts. The best people we’ve worked with bring their own judgment and look to understand why our system works the way it does. That combination is what we’re hiring for.

    Requirements

    • Several years of hands-on paid media buying on Meta (other platforms a plus) for DTC/e-commerce at meaningful spend, with accounts you can walk through in detail (what you did, why, and what happened)
    • Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media budgets with measurable results
    • Fluency in whole-business marketing math: blended CAC, paid contribution to overall revenue, new-vs-returning dynamics
    • Client-facing maturity: you can carry a strategy call, deliver difficult news, and build trust over time
    • Self-directed: you take direction and apply it independently, and you surface problems early instead of sitting on them
    • Strong command of analytics platforms and experience building data dashboards
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — able to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
    • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate junior team members
    • Available across the full US business day; if US-based, must contract through your own business entity
    • Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other social platforms is a plus

    Compensation

Competitive for senior operators, calibrated to experience and location.

    Headquarters: Remote, US

    About Mixpanel

Mixpanel is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform, trusted by more than 29,000 companies to help understand how people use the products they build. By combining powerful analytics with AI that knows your business, Mixpanel helps teams see what’s working, diagnose what’s not, and decide what to build next. Learn more at mixpanel.com.

    About the LATAM Sales Team

Mixpanel’s LATAM Sales team owns the region end to end — sourcing net-new enterprise logos and expanding existing accounts across Latin America. As a standalone team rather than part of a broader vertical motion, LATAM Sales builds its own playbooks, buyer relationships, and market fluency specific to the region.

    About the Role

The right candidate for this role runs a full sales cycle from first conversation to close, builds real fluency in the LATAM market and its buyers, and turns what they learn in the field into playbooks the rest of the team can use. Reporting to the Senior Manager of LATAM Sales, they own a territory end-to-end: sourcing net-new pipeline, expanding existing accounts, and applying a consistent qualification approach to every deal. They partner closely with Sales Engineering on technical discovery and with Marketing on messaging that reflects what’s actually happening in the field. This is a role for someone who understands the LATAM region and its buyers, works well without a finished playbook, and helps build one as they go.

    Responsibilities

    • Source, qualify, and close net-new enterprise business across LATAM, including new business units and subsidiaries inside existing accounts
    • Drive expansion pipeline alongside Renewal Managers and Customer Value Managers
    • Run full-cycle enterprise sales using MEDDPICC (or Mixpanel’s chosen methodology) to qualify and manage every deal
    • Forecast accurately and flag risk early, to your manager and in the CRM
    • Build fluency in LATAM buyer personas, language, and common use cases, and apply region-specific discovery questions and positioning
    • Feed field learnings — messaging, discovery questions, competitive intel, deal patterns — back into team playbooks
    • Ask technical discovery questions about a prospect’s data and analytics maturity, and partner with Sales Engineering on tailored demos
    • Keep pipeline and forecast data current in Salesforce
    • Partner with Marketing and Product Marketing to test regional messaging against field reality
    • Share deal volume, win rates, and competitive patterns with your manager to help shape the team’s coverage and growth
    • Work with Enablement on onboarding and ongoing training specific to the LATAM market

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

    • A track record of full-cycle sales success, from sourcing net-new business to expanding existing accounts, in SMB to enterprise SaaS
    • Experience selling into the LATAM region, or a demonstrated ability to build fluency in a new market quickly
    • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
    • Comfort working without a finished playbook — this team is still building its own, and you’ll help shape it
    • Skill in structured discovery and qualification, ideally using MEDDPICC or a similar methodology
    • Familiarity with analytics, data, or other technical products, and the ability to hold a credible conversation with a data-savvy buyer
    • A direct, clear way of communicating that builds trust with both business and technical stakeholders
    • A growth mindset — this role has a defined path toward IC4/IC5, and you’ll be expected to contribute to team playbooks as you progress
    • Comfort forecasting and surfacing pipeline risk transparently, without waiting to be asked

    Bonus Points For

    • Experience selling into a specific industry vertical within LATAM
    • Prior experience at a company building or scaling a new regional go-to-market motion
    • Background partnering closely with Sales Engineering on technical proof of value
    • Experience in product analytics, data infrastructure, or adjacent technical categories

    Benefits and Perks

    • Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental Care
    • Mental Wellness Benefit
    • Generous Vacation Policy & Additional Company Holidays
    • Enhanced Parental Leave
    • Volunteer Time Off
    • Additional US Benefits: Pre-Tax Benefits including 401(K), Wellness Benefit, Holiday Break

*please note that benefits and perks for contract positions will vary*

    • Champion the Customer: We seek to deeply understand our customers’ needs, ensuring their success is our north star.
    • Powerful Simplicity: We find elegant solutions to complex problems, making sophisticated things accessible.

  • Edfinity: Senior Software Engineer, remote

    Headquarters: Austin, TX

    URL: https://edfinity.com

    About Edfinity

Edfinity is the category leader in courseware and assessment technology for higher-ed STEM. We’re NSF-supported, bootstrapped, and built by a close-knit remote team of senior engineers. We’re growing fast and leading the field in AI-powered courseware that moves the needle on educator productivity and student outcomes. Your work will reach hundreds of institutions, and you will help decide how it gets built.

    How we work

    • We’re fully remote, with team members distributed across the US, and with that comes personal flexibility and accountability.
    • AI agents produce most of our code. We move fast, but we temper velocity with quality and stability above all else.
    • Engineers frame the problems, direct the work, and are accountable for everything that ships. If you already work this way and have opinions about it, you’ll feel at home.
    • Everyone has opportunities to work across different areas of the platform, and team members are expected to develop deep technical expertise over time. This is particularly important as we step away from hands-on coding.
    • We’re a small team of collaborative senior engineers. Your opinion matters.
    • The pace of change is real. More than ever, we’re continually evolving our tooling and workflows as LLMs become more capable.

    What you’ll be doing

Our stack is Ruby on Rails, MongoDB, Elasticearch, ClickHouse, Redis/Sidekiq, and React.

    • Full-stack product development in areas like assessment authoring, delivery, and grading; educator and student-facing features; LMS integrations
    • LLM-powered features, from prompt architecture to auto-grading to eval infrastructure
    • Performance optimization and reliability refactoring to handle both day-to-day load and high-stakes spikes
    • Stewardship of a mature codebase: upgrades, migrations, and paying down technical debt methodically
    • Part-time technical support rotation. Customer happiness is extremely important to us.

    What you’ll need

    • 8-15 years building and running scalable production web applications and services
    • Deep experience with Rails
    • Experience with web front-ends such as React
    • Recent experience in an SDLC revolving around the use of AI agents
    • Strong CS fundamentals in systems, data modeling, and complexity
    • Excellent communication hygiene, collaborative skills, and strong sense of self-direction.
    • Interest in a long-term seat on a close-knit team.
    • Authorization to work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor or transfer work visas at this time.

    Compensation

$135,000-$195,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, retirement plan, and PTO

  • AutoGPT: GTM Lead

    Headquarters: UK

    URL: http://agpt.co

    Remote · ~3 days/week · 12-week contract · £500–£650/day · Immediate start · Paid working trial for finalists

    About AutoGPT

At AutoGPT, we’re building toward a future where AI agents do real work for people — not just answer questions, but take action, complete tasks, and move work forward.

Our mission is to democratize AI by making powerful digital assistants accessible and useful to everyone, regardless of technical background. We created one of the most-starred open-source projects on GitHub, and our hosted platform is now live and accepting paying customers.

We already have a large global audience and tens of thousands of branded search visitors every month. What we don’t yet have is a proven, repeatable go-to-market motion.

    That’s what you’ll find.

    The Product

    • AutoPilot: an AI teammate that builds and runs working automations from a conversation.

    • AutoGPT Builder: a graph-based canvas for creating agents without coding.

    • AutoGPT Marketplace: discover and deploy ready-made agents.

    • Agent Library: manage, schedule, and monitor agents.

Try it in 60 seconds, no signup required: platform.agpt.co/tour/chat

    The Role

Your mandate is to find, prove, and begin scaling a repeatable path from an ICP-fit prospect with an urgent job to an activated, retained AutoGPT customer.

You’ll investigate and fix the constraint wherever it exists: ICP selection, positioning, proof, pricing, website conversion, checkout, onboarding, activation, lifecycle communication, product experience, or acquisition.

This isn’t a role where you deliver recommendations to another marketing team. You’ll personally research, write, build, launch, measure, and iterate, with direct access to the founders, product, engineering, and customer and funnel data.

    What You’ll Own

    • Establish reliable measurement from acquisition through purchase, activation, and retention.

    • Interview customers, non-buyers, churned users, and high-fit waitlist members.

    • Validate or disprove our ICP and use-case hypotheses.

    • Define the initial ICP, anti-ICP, JTBD, buying trigger, and value proposition.

    • Improve positioning, use-case pages, proof, checkout, and onboarding.

    • Help define and improve activation and time to value.

    • Launch segmented waitlist campaigns.

    • Run controlled paid-search tests around high-intent, non-branded problems.

    • Validate SEO opportunities before scaling content.

    • Test product-led social, YouTube, outreach, or partnerships where evidence supports them.

    • Work directly with product and engineering on funnel and activation improvements.

    • Maintain a prioritized experiment backlog with hypotheses, costs, results, and decisions.

    • Provide concise weekly reporting: one async memo and one 30-minute decision meeting.

    • Protect and elevate the AutoGPT brand throughout.

    What Success Looks Like

    Within 10 business days:

    • A reliable view of the funnel, including qualified traffic and meaningful product activation.

    • Evidence explaining the biggest current drop-offs.

    • Customer and high-fit non-buyer interviews completed.

    • Initial improvements or experiments already live.

    • Numeric targets agreed for the remainder of the contract.

By the end of the engagement:

    • ICP and use-case hypotheses validated or rejected.

    • Qualified conversion and/or activation and retention improved.

    • Acquisition sources that produce genuinely valuable customers understood.

    • The beginnings of a repeatable acquisition + activation motion — or compelling evidence identifying and addressing a more fundamental constraint.

    • A documented growth operating system and clear recommendation for what comes next.

The primary outcome isn’t more traffic. It’s more ICP-fit customers who successfully use AutoGPT and remain customers.

    Who We’re Looking For

You’ve personally operated in an early-stage product-led B2B or prosumer SaaS environment — perhaps as a first or second growth hire, founding marketer, hands-on growth lead, product-growth operator, or former founder.

    You can demonstrate:

    • Relevant 0-to-1 growth results, including the starting baseline.

    • Exactly what you personally did — real pages, emails, ads, onboarding flows, dashboards, or research.

    • Strong customer-research and product-marketing judgment.

    • Analytical self-sufficiency across attribution, billing, and product data.

    • Experience improving onboarding, activation, or retention.

    • Ability to write and ship landing pages, emails, ads, and lifecycle communication.

    • Hands-on paid-search and experimentation experience.

    • Excellent written English and strong brand judgment.

    • Ability to work autonomously and communicate concisely.

Experience with AI, automation, developer tools, no-code products, or open-source communities is useful, but evidence that you’ve solved this kind of commercial problem matters more.

    This Is Not

    • An adviser-only fractional CMO role.

    • A strategy-deck engagement.

    • A pure paid-acquisition role.

    • An SEO content-production contract.

    • A social-media management role.

    • An agency account-management role.

    • A position for someone who needs a full design, analytics, and marketing team before shipping.

Agency applications aren’t suitable. We want the individual who will personally do the work.

    Why AutoGPT?

You’ll own the commercial growth problem at a pivotal moment: a famous brand, a live product, an existing audience, and a genuinely open playing field.

You’ll have direct access to the founders, fast decisions on experiments, and no approval bureaucracy for agreed reversible tests.

We’re a small, kind, globally distributed team that values empathy, autonomy, and shipping. What you prove during this engagement can become the company’s long-term growth engine.

    Details

    Role: Contract GTM Lead (0-to-1)
    Term: Initial 12 weeks, approximately 3 days/week
Location: Fully remote, async-first, with meaningful European working-hour overlap
Rate: £500–£650/day, depending on evidence and experience
    Start: Immediate
Selection: Finalists complete a paid working trial

    How to Apply

The application takes approximately 10 minutes.

    Apply here: https://tally.so/r/QK94p8

    We’ll ask for:

    1. Two relevant examples of early-stage growth work, including the starting position, problem, your personal contribution, what you shipped, results, and what didn’t work.

    2. An example where an apparent acquisition problem turned out to be a different funnel, product, or positioning problem.

    3. What you’d need access to in your first week.

    4. Your availability, time zone, day rate, and number of other active clients.

    5. A short recording after trying AutoGPT, covering the biggest unknown you’d investigate, the first metric you’d establish, and one thing you’d deliberately avoid doing prematurely.

We assess candidates on relevant evidence, analytical judgment, hands-on execution, customer and product-marketing ability, brand judgment, and autonomy.

  • Samsara: Staff Software Engineer

    Headquarters: Remote

    URL: https://www.samsara.com/

    About the role:

Samsara (NYSE: IOT) sits at the center of hardware, software, AI, and the physical world. The platform processes 25+ trillion data points annually from IoT sensors, cameras, and connected devices across thousands of organizations, and that dataset is compounding: it grew from 4 trillion to 25+ trillion in four years. We’re still early in turning that data into the products that will define how physical operations run, and we’re hiring the engineers who will build what comes next.

We’re approaching ~$2B ARR growing 30%+ year over year, with 96% of our largest customers on two or more products. The fastest-growing divisions at Samsara are tackling the hardest, most ambiguous problems at the company: building new products from scratch, applying AI and ML to massive real-world datasets, and shipping capabilities that change how organizations maintain equipment, manage fleets, and run day-to-day operations. Most of this work is zero-to-one, at billion-dollar scale.

We’re looking for software engineers who want to define what ships next. Leveling is broad and flexible: we’re hiring from Senior through Staff+, across platform and product, and we’re open to shaping scope around the right person’s strengths and interests. That window won’t stay open long.

This role is remote and open to candidates residing in the US. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.

    You should apply if:

    • You want to impact the industries that run our world. The software you build will have real-world stakes: helping keep the lights on, getting food into grocery stores, keeping workers safe. What ships here isn’t metrics on a dashboard. It shows up on the loading dock, the job site, and the dispatch floor.
    • You want to build, not maintain. Samsara is in full growth mode. We’re building new systems from scratch, not babysitting old ones. You’d own entire problem spaces end to end, with the autonomy to set direction from day one.
    • You want to work where AI meets the physical world. Samsara has spent a decade building the largest proprietary dataset for physical operations. More connected assets generate more data, more data trains better models, better models drive more value, and more value wins more assets. The market and the opportunity here are what set us apart, not just the models.
    • You believe customers are more than a number. Samsara engineers have a rare closeness to end users. You’ll participate in customer interviews, collaborate with product managers and customer success, and use that context to build products that solve real problems operators face every day.
    • You have the curiosity and drive to figure it out. We’re looking for people who take pride in their work and get things done at all costs. The engineers who thrive here don’t wait to be told what to build. They define it, ship it, and own the outcome. The rate-limiting step on our teams isn’t tooling or process. It’s ambition.

    In this role, you will:

    • Take ownership of technically complex, mission-critical areas and run with them. We want to point you in a direction and show up to the demo meeting impressed, not spend our weeks managing the details.
    • Define and drive technical strategy for new products and platform capabilities, from backend services and APIs to the customer-facing UI.
    • Design and ship full-stack features end to end. You’ll work across backend, frontend, and potentially mobile to deliver AI-powered products that solve real operational problems.
    • Partner with product, design, and customer-facing teams to translate ambiguous, real-world problems into clear technical plans and measurable outcomes.
    • Build and scale the systems behind AI-driven products, including data ingestion, APIs, and the workflows that put intelligence into the hands of operators.
    • Raise the bar for the engineers around you through code reviews, design reviews, technical mentorship, and by setting a standard for quality, velocity, and craft.
    • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
    • 8+ years of experience in software design and development, including building and operating production systems at scale.
    • Strong full-stack fundamentals. You’re comfortable working across backend services, APIs, and frontend (web or mobile) to ship complete products.
    • Proficiency in modern languages and frameworks (Go, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, or similar).
    • Demonstrated experience leading cross-team or cross-org projects from inception through rollout, including managing ambiguity, driving alignment, and delivering measurable impact.
    • Experience building AI-powered or data-driven products. You don’t need to train models, but you know how to take AI capabilities and turn them into products customers love.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • A track record of building: zero-to-one products, systems you left in a meaningfully better place, or hard problems you refused to let stay unsolved.

    An ideal candidate also has:

    • Experience shipping AI-powered features in production, whether that’s LLM-based products, agentic workflows, recommendation systems, or other customer-facing AI.
    • Comfort with modern AI-augmented development workflows (Cursor, LLMs, etc.) to multiply your output and accelerate delivery.
    • Background working with real-world operational data (telematics, sensor data, work orders, inspections) or a strong interest in learning the domain.
    • A proven track record of mentoring senior engineers and influencing engineering culture, standards, and best practices beyond a single team.
    • Side projects, open-source contributions, or other signals of curiosity and drive outside the scope of your day job.

In these cases, the job description will clearly indicate any working location requirements. Our goal is to ensure that all members of our team can contribute effectively, whether they are working on-site, in a hybrid model, or fully remotely. All offers of employment are contingent upon an individual’s ability to secure and maintain the legal right to work at the company and in the specified work location, if applicable.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, and other characteristics protected by law. We depend on the unique approaches of our team members to help us solve complex problems and want to ensure that Samsara is a place where people from all backgrounds can make an impact.
