    Director, Email Deliverability

Postscript is the AI messaging platform trusted by 20,000+ Shopify brands — including Brooklinen, Ruggable, True Classic, and Dr. Squatch.

We built the best-in-class SMS marketing platform and the revenue-driving AI features no other platform offers — and now we’re bringing that same obsession to email. As we expand into a true multi-channel platform for high-growth DTC brands, getting every message to the inbox is mission-critical.

Backed by Greylock and Y Combinator, fully remote since 2018.

    Job Description

As the Director, Email Deliverability at Postscript, you’ll own the strategy, infrastructure, and sender reputation that get our customers’ email to the primary inbox. This is a foundational, hands-on leadership role: you’ll build Postscript’s email deliverability function from the ground up — IP and domain architecture, authentication standards, reputation monitoring, and mailbox-provider relationships — while serving as the trusted deliverability advisor our brands rely on as they migrate and scale their email programs on Postscript.

You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape the deliverability tooling and infrastructure our platform is built on, and with Customer Success and Support to keep our customers’ programs healthy. You’ll set the standard for how 20,000+ brands reach the inbox — and as the function grows, you’ll build and lead the team behind it.

This is a fully remote position and can be based in the US or Canada.

    Key Responsibilities

    Deliverability Strategy & Sender Reputation

    • Own Postscript’s end-to-end email deliverability strategy — IP pool architecture, domain strategy, and shared vs. dedicated sending models.
    • Design and manage IP and domain warming programs that get new senders to volume quickly and safely.
    • Establish and enforce authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI) and DMARC alignment across customer sending domains.
    • Monitor sender reputation, inbox placement, and blocklist activity, and lead rapid remediation when issues arise.
    • Keep Postscript ahead of evolving mailbox-provider requirements — Gmail, Yahoo, and Microsoft bulk-sender rules, spam-rate thresholds, and one-click unsubscribe.

    Customer Deliverability & Advisory

    • Serve as the senior deliverability expert for our brands — auditing programs, diagnosing inbox-placement issues, and building remediation plans.
    • Lead deliverability onboarding for brands migrating their email to Postscript, including reputation transfer and warming strategy.
    • Translate complex deliverability concepts into clear, actionable guidance that marketers can act on.
    • Own escalations, partnering with customers to protect and grow their inbox placement and sending reputation.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration & Foundation-Building

    • Partner with Product and Engineering to build the deliverability tooling, monitoring, and infrastructure that power the platform — and influence the roadmap with deliverability requirements.
    • Build the playbooks, processes, and standards that scale deliverability across thousands of senders.
    • Establish feedback loops (FBLs), Postmaster Tools, and reporting that give customers and internal teams visibility into deliverability health.
    • As the function matures, hire, mentor, and lead a team of deliverability specialists.

    Industry Expertise & Compliance

    • Maintain expert-level knowledge of the deliverability landscape and represent Postscript in the broader community (e.g., M3AAWG, emailgeeks).
    • Build and steward relationships with mailbox providers and industry partners.
    • Ensure Postscript’s sending practices and customer programs stay compliant with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and mailbox-provider policies.
    • Leverage AI tools and internal systems to scale deliverability monitoring, diagnostics, and customer guidance.

    What We’ll Love About You

    • 8+ years of dedicated email deliverability experience, ideally at an ESP, CDP, or high-volume sending platform (e.g., SendGrid/Twilio, Attentive, Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Validity/Return Path).
    • Deep technical command of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI), IP and domain warming, sender reputation, and feedback loops.
    • Hands-on experience owning deliverability for bulk/high-volume senders, including diagnosing and remediating blocklistings and inbox-placement problems.
    • Fluency with Google Postmaster Tools, Yahoo Sender Hub, and the 2024+ Gmail/Yahoo/Microsoft bulk-sender requirements.
    • Existing relationships with mailbox providers and/or active participation in the deliverability community (M3AAWG, emailgeeks, etc.) strongly preferred.
    • A consultant’s instinct — you can translate deep technical detail into strategy that non-technical marketers understand and act on.
    • Player-coach mindset: happy to do the hands-on work today and build the playbooks (and eventually the team) for tomorrow.
    • Strong understanding of e-commerce/DTC brands and how email drives revenue (e-commerce experience strongly preferred).
    • Comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, early-stage environment, with a growth mindset toward AI and emerging tooling.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with high reliability and outstanding follow-through.

    What You’ll Love About Us

    • The chance to build a function from the ground floor and define how 20,000+ brands reach the inbox.
    • High-growth startup environment with opportunities to make a meaningful impact and grow your career.
    • Fully remote work culture – work from anywhere.
    • Fun, collaborative team passionate about e-commerce and innovation.
    • Flexible paid time off to recharge and prioritize your well-being.
    • Comprehensive health, dental, vision insurance.

  • Cohere: Product Manager, Platform Experience & Developer Product

    Headquarters: Toronto

    Who are we?

Our mission is to scale intelligence to serve humanity. We’re training and deploying frontier models for developers and enterprises who are building AI systems to power magical experiences like content generation, semantic search, RAG, and agents. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI.

We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. We like to work hard and move fast to do what’s best for our customers.

Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are passionate about their craft. Each person is one of the best in the world at what they do. We believe that a diverse range of perspectives is a requirement for building great products.

Join us on our mission and shape the future!

    Role Overview

We are seeking a Platform Experience and Developer PM to own how developers and enterprise technical teams build on, integrate with, and operate Cohere’s model platform.

This is a high-leverage role sitting at the intersection of three domains:

Managed Services and Models as a Service. Own Cohere’s managed service offerings as a product. This is broader than model serving alone. It includes the full range of how enterprises consume and operate Cohere’s capabilities, from shared multi-tenant model access to dedicated single-tenant deployments, and from synchronous real-time inference to high-volume asynchronous workloads. You will own the product thinking around deployment models, data residency and regional compliance requirements, self-serve provisioning, and the operational controls that give enterprises confidence in running production workloads on Cohere’s infrastructure.

API and SDK. Own the roadmap for how developers build on Cohere. This means setting the direction for our APIs and SDKs, thinking carefully about interface design and ergonomics, and ensuring we ship developer primitives that are stable, well-documented, and a joy to build with.

Developer Experience and Tooling. Own the surfaces that give developers visibility and control over their integration with Cohere. This includes the API console, credential and access management, usage and cost visibility, request observability, and sandbox and testing environments

    Responsibilities

    • Drive the roadmap across managed services, APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling, balancing near-term customer needs with long-term platform investment.

    • Translate model and infrastructure capabilities into well-designed product surfaces that developers and enterprise operators can rely on.

    • Engage directly with customers and developers to understand integration challenges, validate priorities, and surface unmet needs.

    • Define success metrics for platform health and developer experience, and lead initiatives to move them.

    • Partner with engineering, research, technical writing, and developer relations to ship and document platform improvements.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent owning developer-facing or platform-layer products such as APIs, SDKs, developer tools, or technical infrastructure.

    • Strong technical fluency with API design and SDK development, including an understanding of versioning, backward compatibility, and what makes a developer experience feel polished and reliable.

    • A track record of thinking about infrastructure as a product, with the ability to translate system-level capabilities into clearly differentiated, customer-facing features.

    • Experience building or owning developer tooling surfaces such as consoles, dashboards, usage analytics, or observability and debugging tools.

    • Analytical by default: you define success metrics before you build, instrument thoughtfully, and use data alongside qualitative feedback to make decisions.

    • Strong collaborator who works well across engineering, design, infrastructure, and GTM teams, and who can communicate technical tradeoffs clearly to a range of stakeholders.

    • Highly execution-oriented with a bias toward shipping and iterating quickly.

    • Demonstrated ownership across the full product lifecycle — from problem definition and scoping through launch, iteration, and eventual deprecation or migration.

    Nice-to-Haves

    • Experience owning a model serving or inference platform, including familiarity with deployment models such as multi-tenant and dedicated infrastructure.

    • Exposure to data residency, sovereignty, or regional compliance requirements as they apply to AI or cloud infrastructure products.

    • Familiarity with asynchronous and high-throughput workload patterns, and the product considerations they introduce around job management, status visibility, and cost attribution.

    • Familiarity with the AI developer ecosystem and open standards, including orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, model serving frameworks such as vLLM, and an awareness of de facto interoperability standards and how they shape developer adoption and integration patterns.

    Why join Cohere?

    • Impact: Shape the developer surface of one of the world’s leading enterprise AI platforms, used by developers and enterprises building production AI systems at scale.

    • Innovation: Work alongside leading researchers and engineers solving complex ML challenges at the frontier of AI.

    • Growth: Enjoy competitive compensation, equity options, and opportunities for professional development.

    • Flexibility: Hybrid work model with offices in San Francisco, New York, and Toronto.

    Location

Remote or hybrid (San Francisco, New York, Toronto).

If some of the above doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply!

  • Andela: Product Designer

    Headquarters: United States

    Staff Product Designer
    About Andela:

At Andela, we know brilliance is evenly distributed around the world, but opportunity is not. For over 10 years, Andela has connected its customers with top global, remote technical talent from over 135 countries with the majority residing in emerging markets like Africa and Latin America.

As one of the world’s largest talent marketplaces, Andela gives companies greater flexibility to quickly deploy qualified technologists. With talent highly skilled in advanced technologies to support Application Development, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud & DevOps, Data Engineering, and much more, customers experience 33% faster project delivery. Andela is on the precipice of two breakout industry transformations: one in staffing/hiring and the other in software development, both accelerated by generative AI.

Are you an exceptional, hungry leader seasoned in scaling businesses through transformation and growth? Join us and change the world.

    Job Summary:
As the Staff Product Designer, you are a visionary leader who shapes how millions of people experience the future of work. You will tackle Andela’s most ambiguous product challenges, working across high-level business strategy and deep user empathy. You aren’t just a “maker”; you are a “shaper” who defines the frameworks, logic, and standards that the rest of the design team follows.

    Exceptional Leadership:

As an Andelan, you’ll serve as a role model for the rest of the company. Think about the feedback your peers typically give you – if it usually sounds like the below, we want to hear from you.

    • Low ego, low drama, servant leader: You share credit, take blame. You like being wrong because it means someone else had an even better idea.

    • One team mentality: You break silos across teams. You put the company and mission first above your team alone.

    • Great listener, hungry for feedback: You’re always seeking to improve – our product, our business, yourself. You solicit diverse opinions and deeply listen.

    • Owner, not renter: You see a problem, you fix it or find someone who will. The buck stops with you.

    • Player-coach: You fly high (create strategy) AND low (know the details that matter). You roll up your sleeves and get scrappy. You do this proactively collaborating with your team while actively engaging in important details.

    • Business problem solver: You’re not just a functional expert; you consistently get praise for approaching your function through the lens of solving business problems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Experience Architecture: Lead the design of complex, multi-sided marketplace flows. You will be responsible for the “big picture” logic of our Talent Cloud, ensuring seamless transitions between client hiring needs and talent career growth.

    • Strategic Partnership: Act as a peer to Product and Engineering. You will help define the product roadmap by identifying user-centric opportunities that align with Andela’s commercial goals.

    • Design Systems Governance: While you aren’t writing the code, you are the “Source of Truth” for our design language. You will oversee the evolution of our component library to ensure accessibility, consistency, and a world-class aesthetic.

    • Data-Informed Innovation: Use qualitative research and quantitative data to validate your hypotheses. You should be comfortable navigating complex data dashboards to find the “why” behind user behavior.

    • Mentorship & Craft Excellence: Elevate the output of the design team through rigorous design reviews, workshops, and the introduction of new methodologies.

    • Design Mentorship: Act as a “Force Multiplier.” You will lead design sprints, conduct high-level critiques, and mentor Senior Designers to help them reach the next level of their careers.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: 10+ years in Product Design, with a significant track record of delivering high-impact B2B, SaaS, or Marketplace products.

    • Systems Thinker: You have a deep understanding of how design scales. You can think through edge cases, global localization, and complex state management without needing to see it in code first.

    • Communication: Mastery of the “pitch.” You can articulate the ROI of design to non-design stakeholders and build consensus across a global, async organization.

    • Tooling: Expert-level Figma skills, including advanced prototyping, auto-layout, and library management.

    • Product Sense: You think like a Product Manager. You understand trade-offs, technical constraints, and how to ship “Minimum Viable Products” (MVP) to learn fast.

    • The Stack: Experience of Figma paired with professional-grade proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS (or Tailwind).

    Additional Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Mechanical Orchard: Director of Engineering, Product Infrastructure and Release Engineering

    Headquarters: USA (Remote)

Mechanical Orchard is reinventing how the world’s most critical software gets modernized. We’re an applied AI company focused on one of the hardest problems in enterprise technology: rewriting complex legacy systems in a way that is provably correct, low risk, and fast enough to matter. By focusing on system behavior rather than code alone, we turn modernization from a high-stakes, failure-prone effort into a repeatable, confidence-building process that unlocks ongoing innovation.

Joining Mechanical Orchard means working on problems that truly matter—to our customers, their businesses, and the people who rely on these systems every day. We’re building technology and methodology that challenge long-standing industry assumptions, prioritizing proof over promises and progress over theatrics. If you care deeply about quality, rigor, and doing the right thing—even when it’s hard—you’ll find your people here.

    Position Overview

The Director of Product Infrastructure and Release Engineering is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategy, coherence, and execution of Mechanical Orchard’s infrastructure and release capabilities—spanning infrastructure products, installation and deployment workflows, and operational enablement for customers and forward-deployed engineering teams.

    In this role you will:

    • Report to the VP of Engineering, providing strategic direction, product thinking, and cross-functional alignment across Platform, Forward-deployed Engineering, Sales, Security, and Product Management.

    • Manage the Product Infrastructure and Release Engineering teams.

    • Ensure that the Imogen Platform  is not merely “delivered,” but designed as a scalable, repeatable, and evolving product surface that accelerates customer adoption and long-term platform success.

    • Ensure all of Imogen’s components are released and deployable into a diverse set of customer environments, meeting the needs of enterprise customers (quality, software supply chain audits, and more).

    • Turn infrastructure into a first-class product capability: opinionated where possible, flexible where necessary, and aligned with Mechanical Orchard’s modernization strategy and GTM motion.

    Key Responsibilities

    Infrastructure Product Strategy & Ownership

    • Own the end-to-end infrastructure product vision, including installers, deployment tooling, reference architectures, and operational patterns.

    • Define and evolve a cohesive infrastructure roadmap aligned with Platform architecture, customer needs, and GTM strategy.

    • Partner closely with Product Leadership to balance near-term customer needs with long-term platform scalability and repeatability.

    • Establish infrastructure as a product with clear value propositions, constraints, supported configurations, and lifecycle expectations.

    • Drive standardization where possible while enabling extensibility for complex enterprise environments

    Platform & Architecture Alignment

    • Define platform architecture and roadmap decisions to ensure deployability, operability, and customer-environment compatibility are first-class concerns.

    • Ensure infrastructure requirements are surfaced early in platform design discussions.

    • Champion architectural patterns that reduce installation complexity, operational burden, and long-term support cost.

    • Partner with Security and Compliance to ensure infrastructure designs meet enterprise and regulatory expectations.

    Execution & Operational Excellence

    • Partner with Infra Delivery Leadership to define installation and deployment strategy across customer and Mechanical Orchard environments.

    • Ensure installation processes are repeatable, measurable, and continuously improving, leveraging the latest advancements in AI to support execution

    • Build Mechanical Orchard’s system for reliable software releases, by defining standards, providing tools, and establishing clear boundaries between the release engineering team and platform product teams.

    • Define and refine success metrics for infrastructure delivery into customer environments (e.g., time-to-install, failure rates, support load).

    • Ensure feedback from real-world deployments is systematically incorporated into infrastructure product evolution.

    GTM, Sales & Customer Enablement

    • Partner with Sales, Infra Delivery Leadership, and Product to ensure infrastructure capabilities are accurately represented in pre-sales and GTM motions.

    • Partner with Infra Delivery Leadership to define and maintain sales-enablement assets (reference architectures, deployment options, constraints, and expectations).

    • Serve as a senior technical partner during complex or high-risk sales pursuits.

    • Ensure infrastructure offerings align with pricing, packaging, and customer expectations.

    • Help shape GTM strategy around standard vs. custom infrastructure deployments.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or developer tooling.

    • Proven track record building infrastructure as a product, incl. deep expertise with deployments in complex enterprise environments (cloud, hybrid, regulated).

    • Strong architectural instincts paired with pragmatic delivery experience.

    • Hands-on experience with latest AI coding tools, model capabilities, and industry trends

    • Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally across Product Engineering, Product, Forward-deployed Engineering Teams, Sales, and Security.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly around architecture, strategy, and executive alignment.

    • The ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver high-quality product experiences on tight timelines and in line with our business aspirations.

    • A bias for action – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, to talk to a customer or to figure out a new way to use AI tools to your advantage.

Mechanical Orchard is a remote-first company, with employees working across time zones and locations. This role does not have a requirement for in-office attendance, but is expected to work hours that maximize collaboration with their team (specifics can be discussed during the interview process). There will be travel to company and team meetings, as well as customer visits (1-2 times per quarter, up to ~20% of the time).

Join us to help transform how companies around the world run revenue — and build the platform that will guide leading revenue teams into the future.

    THE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Director of Product Strategy & Operations is the analytical engine and operational heart of the Product organization. Reporting to the CPO, you will be responsible for transforming qualitative customer signals and quantitative product telemetry into the commercial strategies that drive our growth. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure that our product-led initiatives are not just visionary, but executed with precision across every department in the company.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategy & Financial Intelligence

    • Business Case & Financial Modeling: Own the economic engine of the product org. Build rigorous financial models and business cases to justify new investments, market entries, and portfolio pivots.

    • ROI Evaluation: Establish a framework for measuring the return on R&D investment. Continuously audit product performance against projected commercial outcomes to inform resource reallocation.

    The Ideal Profile

    • The Analytical Expert: You likely have a background in Management Consulting, Finance, or a highly analytical Product role. You can navigate a SQL database or a complex financial model as easily as a product roadmap.
    • The Insight Translator: You have a rare ability to take “noisy” data and extract a clear, compelling narrative that convinces skeptical executives to change course.
    • The Scale Leader: You have experience leading teams in high-growth environments ($100M+ ARR) and have a proven track record of implementing systems that survived a 2x or 3x increase in headcount.
    • The AI/Tooling Visionary: You understand how to leverage the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Pendo, etc.) and AI-driven sentiment analysis to automate the “boring” parts of reporting, allowing your team to focus on high-value strategy.

At Clari + Salesloft, we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace where everyone belongs and can thrive. We focus on culture add, not culture fit, and believe our teams are made stronger by the unique perspectives, experiences, and identities each person brings.
