    Responsibilities 

    • Manage leading edge technology teams through the client engagement process – driving timelines, prioritizing tasks, and removing barriers

    gener8tor is a nationally recognized startup accelerator as well as entrepreneurial support organization. The Program Manager will support Curql Accelerate, a program powered by gener8tor, which recruits and selects companies for $100K investment, and executes programming, startup coaching and network building and introductions for two accelerator programs per year of five companies each. Each program is a 12-week hybrid program that includes three weeks on-site at credit unions across the country.

    As a member of the gener8tor team you will be an essential part of our overall international platform. The full gener8tor platform connects startup founders, musicians, artists, investors, universities and corporations and includes pre-accelerators, accelerators, corporate programming, conferences and fellowships. Your support as our Curql Accelerate PM will impact startups through working specifically with startup founders in collaboration with a network of mentors and investors as well as municipal and corporate partners.

    Success for a PM looks like owning all aspects of the program logistics and operations, including recruiting, interviewing, and selecting the best and brightest founders while coordinating weekly program events such as startup meetings, cohort community-building events, mentor networking events and leading planning of the end-of-program showcase event. You will have ownership over the program logistics and will report to the program’s Managing Director while collaborating across the organization with gener8tor’s centralized support teams.

    Responsibilities

    • In partnership with the Managing Director, manage logistics and ensure the operational success of all aspects of Curql Accelerate.
    • Recruit startup applicants and, in collaboration with Curql, assist with documentation and the due diligence and selection process for one to two gener8tor Investment Accelerator cohorts annually.
    • Assist the Managing Director in finding and developing relationships with mentors, investors, credit union executives and other industry/ecosystem partners who can help support the programs and participating companies.
    • Assist the Managing Director in the planning and facilitation of three to four Curql Accelerate on-site visits (week-long small group conferences between credit union LPs, Curql partners and participating companies).
    • Assist the Managing Director in relationship management with the Curql partners.

    • Actively participate in all aspects of the gener8tor accelerator program including recruitment, team meetings, mentor swarms, investor swarms, lunch & learns and on-site credit union visits
    • Collaborate with gener8tor staff to develop new strategies, assess program strengths, improve program processes and ensure the program is following best practices as outlined by gener8tor. 
    • Continuously support gener8tor and Curql Accelerate alumni.
    • Represent gener8tor in the community which includes actively participating in the startup
      ecosystem by attending events and building relationships.
    • Collaborate with other members of the gener8tor team to support our national programs.

    Requirements

    • Experience with operations, logistics, program/project management and/or documentation is required. Past experience in supporting an accelerator, incubator or venture fund recommended.

    Job Description

    This Senior Leadership role will drive insightsoftware’s product vision and strategy for our Close & Consolidation Product Pillar. This leader is an expert in the Close & Consolidation space and will be responsible for the successful execution of our short and long-term product roadmap, closely tracking UX and industry trends and adapting the product strategy accordingly to drive annual recurring revenue and product line growth.     • Lead strategic program development to plan for clients’ success, including project plan development and communication internally and externally on progress

    Your First 90 Days  

    First 30 Days: Immerse yourself in our Customer Success methodologies, product offerings, and internal processes. Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and begin engaging with the customers within your assigned book of business. Gain familiarity with Unanet’s customer health metrics, and complete the Customer Success onboarding program.  

    Within 60 Days: Establish relationships within your book of business and understand key customer success metrics. Proactively assess customer health, identify initial expansion opportunities, and begin building strategic account plans.  

    Within 90 Days: Confidently lead customer calls, facilitating value-based discussions and presenting actionable insights. Proactively manage at-risk customers, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure customers are progressing toward desired outcomes with strategic account plans in place.  

    Who You Are  

    • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS environment 
    • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts
    • Proven experience managing complex customer relationships, including C-level executives, to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion
    • Experience working with executives, both internally and externally; comfortable owning the room and facilitating meetings and strategy sessions with several departments and stakeholders
    • Proactive and strategic thinker, capable of identifying upsell opportunities and mitigating risks early in the customer lifecycle
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong ability to influence and build rapport
    • A self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly growing SaaS company with a focus on proactive problem-solving
    • Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally, including with remote teams
    • Proficient with Salesforce and other Customer Success platforms (e.g., ChurnZero, Gainsight)

    The salary range for this opportunity is $107,950 – $146,050 per year. You will be eligible to earn commissions subject to commission plans and policies that may be in effect from time to time.
