In this role, you will not only build and optimize our funnel processes but also ensure that every team has access to the right data, processes, and definitions to drive results. You will be instrumental in creating transparency and alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring everyone knows where to find the information they need to succeed.     • Develop and implement funnel processes, definitions, and metrics that provide clarity and efficiency across the revenue team, ensuring consistent and transparent use of HubSpot and other tools.
    • Ensure the availability of accurate, timely data to inform decision-making, bring visibility to key performance metrics, and identify what’s working and what isn’t.
    • Lead the management and optimization of our sales, marketing, and customer success processes within HubSpot, ensuring that processes are clearly defined, documented, and accessible to all teams.
    • Standardize and maintain clear processes, definitions, and guidelines, so that everyone across the organization has full visibility on workflows and knows exactly where to find information, supporting operational alignment.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, driving transparency and visibility around key metrics and processes, ensuring that teams can easily access and understand the data they need to improve performance.
    • Proactively monitor and refine processes to ensure scalability and operational excellence, providing training and documentation on best practices, and fostering a culture of clarity and transparency across all teams.
    • Manage and monitor the territory/segmentation, and lead the optimization of compensation management and performance reporting, ensuring that all processes are clearly understood and easily accessible.
    What you bring to the table
    You…
    • Have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration, finance, or information systems, with 3-8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
    • Are an expert in HubSpot, with hands-on experience building, optimizing, and refining workflows, data pipelines, and reporting to ensure the right data drives the right actions.
    • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to not only gather data but turn it into actionable insights that create clarity, enhance performance, and drive efficiency.
    • Have a strategic mindset and are driven by results, continually seeking out ways to improve efficiency metrics and directly impact the business’ bottom line.
    • Are a natural collaborator with excellent communication skills, able to work across teams and influence decision-making, while ensuring visibility and understanding of key processes.
    • Are highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • Have experience with additional tools like Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar reporting and analytics tools (preferred).
    • Bring excellent English communication skills, with German being a plus.

    The Role
    We are seeking a Director Client Services to oversee our team and ensure service and client goals are met. You will manage the full client cycle from project management of new customers and internal projects, the construction of onsite services, and ensuring customer success and satisfaction. 
    You will communicate with the client about the products or services, making sure there are no issues, and ensure our client is confident throughout our planning delivery process.
