Our autonomy stack, OverDrive, is defining the state-of-the-art for perception, planning, and control of uncrewed vehicles, enabling them to traverse and operate in any terrain, regardless of roads, in any condition. OverDrive was purpose-built for the warfighter: through our work with DARPA and the U.S. Army, we have developed the intelligent capabilities necessary to power modern ground operations, now and for decades to come.

In a little over a year, the company has been selected for or awarded eight-figures of OTAs and other contracts across multiple services and DoD customers. We have raised over $10M in funding, led by Point72 Ventures, a top multi-billion dollar AUM defense tech investor.

    Who you are:

We’re looking for an ambitious problem-solver who thrives in challenging environments and has a passion for delivering advanced autonomy systems in the field. As a Technical Program Manager – Deployment Success, you will be a core member of our team, managing the technical delivery of our ground autonomy systems in remote and austere locations. 1. Iterate and evolve our solutions in response to real-world requirements in partnership with our users.
      1. Work side by side with end-users to rapidly iterate on product functionality, gathering critical feedback to enhance the product’s effectiveness in dynamic environments.
      2. Influence the product roadmap by being the end-user’s advocate, ensuring user needs and deployment challenges shape software and hardware development priorities.
      3. Collaborate across Overland AI to support agile software development, driving the integration of end-user feedback into our ground autonomy systems.
      4. Contribute to follow-on contract strategies by identifying opportunities to expand and improve program offerings based on field successes and user requirements.

      3. Develop and maintain enduring relationships with end-users, acting as the face of Overland AI during field deployments and customer interactions.
