    We are looking for a candidate to fill a newly created position as an Enterprise Expansion Account Executive. In this role, you will drive sales growth through targeted acquisition and expansion efforts across various industry segments.

    It’s all about a “land and expand” approach amongst enterprise-grade organizations. As part of your responsibilities, you’ll oversee 7 to 10 existing customer accounts. Your focus will be on nurturing these relationships and expanding partnerships. Additionally, you’ll engage with 5 to 8 potential customers, introducing them to our offerings. After successfully converting prospects, you’ll have the chance to maintain those accounts and explore opportunities for upselling and cross selling our solutions. Additionally, you’ll benefit from mentorship provided by our award-winning leadership team. Collaborating closely with our high-performing sales professionals, SDRs, and partners, you’ll be on the path toward achieving ultimate success.

    What you will be focusing on as an Enterprise Expansion Account Executive

     

    • Execute on territory plans to deliver maximum revenue potential within a pool of regionally focused Enterprise accounts.
    • Collaborative pre-defined SE support based on region.
    • 7-10 customers, 5-8 prospects, with 18 total accounts.
    • Drive new logo customers whilst also focusing on expanding Dynatrace usage within existing accounts.
    • Consult with Vice President and C-level executives to develop and implement an effective enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Dynatrace; position Dynatrace relative to the competition.
    • Generate velocity by establishing Dynatrace in new markets through product demonstrations, in-market events and account specific initiatives.
    • Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners to ensure Dynatrace can be sold broadly and effectively.
    • Work closely with Dynatrace functional areas such as sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance and other lines of business to develop and execute a solution strategy to meet customer business needs.
    • Ensure your customers’ implementations are wildly successful.
    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • HS diploma or GED AND a minimum of 3+ years of experience in closing enterprise software sales.

    Preferred Requirements:

    • A successful track record in Enterprise software sales across many business functions within the executive level of a customer.
    • Ability to manage sales cycles within complex organizations, while compressing decision cycles.
    • Experience selling across the c-suite, cultivating executive relationships and closing six-figure deals.
    • Outstanding organizational and communication skills (written and oral, negotiation and presentations skills).
    • Confidence in building a diverse territory plan and have familiarity in leveraging a sales ecosystem. 
    • Proven experience in acquiring new business.
    • Thrive in high-velocity situations and can think/act with a sense of urgency. 
    • Motivated and tenacious self-starter who consistently delivers high performance against quota, driven by VP- and C-level relationships.
    • Know how to build and execute business plans and sales plays.
    • Know how to collaborate and co-sell internally across all supporting resources to maximize your effectiveness and advance the sales process (MEDDPIC).
    • Familiar with the observability and modern application market.

    About the role/team
    We are looking for a highly talented Manager, Technical Support Operations to join our extended Support organization and lead the technical arm of our Support Operations & Strategy group. This group is partnering with all support delivery teams (Frontline Support, Technical Support, Billing Support, Number Operations, Fraud Operations) as well as numerous other internal teams (Product, Eng, RevOps, Sales, Success, Finance, etc) to help the extended Support organization achieve greater customer results and higher efficiency.
    Reporting to the VP, Customer Support & Experience and being a permanent member of the Support Leadership staff, you will bring strong technical expertise and views to influence the direction of the organization and ensure that technical constraints, challenges, risks and opportunities are always surfaced and understood. Your contribution will help us create a world-class Support experience for our customers as well as drive operational excellence and maximize support team efficiency. 
    The technical arm of the Support Operations group has the following responsibilities:
    – Manage and continuously improve all Support systems and associated workflows / processes (Zendesk, Aircall, Qualtrics, AI support applications, Support Portal, custom built components, systems integrations)
    – Provide technical guidance and drive technical delivery on a variety of strategic and tactical projects (Support funnel redesign, new channels launches, new AI support applications, Support offering changes, new automations, integrations, various improvements improving productivity, A/B testing, etc.)
    – Own the extended Support org tooling budget
    This role will manage a team of 3, including one system administrator, one technical specialist (to be hired) and an external web developer. Close and frequent technical collaboration with Engineering is also expected.
    Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical specialists, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation and continuous learning, to empower team members to become subject matter experts in their domains
  • Build the quarterly Support Operations technical roadmap in close collaboration with all delivery leaders and be accountable for roadmap execution

  • Qualifications
  • 7+ years experience in Technical Support Operations or equivalent field, within a SaaS or technology company
  • Experience managing and mentoring a technical team is needed
  • Very advanced technical skills, including proficiency in customer support technologies and tools like Zendesk (multi-channel management), scripting/programming knowledge (e.g. Python, SQL or similar), APIs and AI technologies
  • Ability to oversee web development related to front-end customer portals and associated technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and React

    Findmypast (a DC Thomson brand) is looking for a Senior Full Stack JavaScript Engineer who wants to make a difference and join our growing engineering team developing our product to solve problems and deliver in a lean-agile environment. Together we can try to find new ways to create a great experience for all our users and help to impact the way people research social and family history.

    Our core programming language is JavaScript (ES2020) with our website running React.js and GraphQL, while our back-end platform is a collection of Node.js microservices running under Kubernetes.

    We do have legacy systems. Although our platform is a mix of JavaScript and other languages (including C# & Elixir), we specialise in using JavaScript here. Depending on the team you join, there may be some or no work with these other languages.

    You will be joining our engineering team and be a valued member working closely in a collaborative, autonomous, cross-functional team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Designing, developing and deploying user experiences with a focus on usability, high availability, low latency and scalability
    • Improving Node.js services to meet our product needs
    • Continuously improving our product by innovating on the service through the use of A/B tests

    Recruitment Process:

    Here’s what you can expect after applying.

    1. Introductory Meeting

    If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an Introductory Meeting (remote/virtual) with our Talent Acquisition Specialist (this will take approximately 20-30 minutes).

    2. Pairing Session

    The next stage is a one-hour pairing session with two of our engineers where you’ll be asked to solve a problem and turn that solution into working code. Your solution should be written in JavaScript and we are looking for someone who is able to logically work through a solution and reason about how performant it is and communicating your thought process clearly. Like any normal pairing session, you are free to use Google to look up syntax or documentation if needed.

    3. Depth of Expertise Interview and Values Session

    The third stage will be a virtual/remote interview that will take approximately 90 minutes in total. The first 60 minutes will be a Depth of Expertise/Technical Interview with two of our Engineers, covering engineering practices, values and approaches, as well as architectural design through to scalability. The remaining 30 minutes will be a Values Session with one of our Engineering Leads.
