    Key Responsibilities

    1. Patient Advocacy Strategy

    • Partner with internal teams to incorporate patient perspectives into organizational initiatives, ensuring a consistent focus on patient needs and experiences.

    This engineering position is part of a dynamic Cloud Operations Department that embraces a DevOps philosophy. Here, collaboration between Operations and Development begins before the first line of code is written.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Enhance Developer Workflows: Design and implement productive developer workflows, with a strong focus on automation. 
    • Continuous Integration & Deployment: Build, optimize, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
    • Environment Design: Collaborate on the design of shared production and non-production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.

    Requirements:

    At least 2 years of experience in each of the following: 

    • Proven experience in managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing both Linux and Windows environments, including server provisioning, configuration, patch management, and monitoring to ensure system reliability and security.
    • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using a variety of programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, or equivalent),
    • Hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure in AWS or Azure, including managing IaaS/PaaS resources, optimizing cost and performance, and implementing security best practices.
    • In-depth knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Podman) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS), including deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications in production environments.
    • Strong expertise in using version control systems (e.g., Git), configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Chef), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) to automate software deployment and infrastructure changes.
    • Experience in administering and optimizing databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent), including backup and recovery, query optimization, and performance tuning to support high-availability and data integrity.

    About the project :

    The envisioned project is an application designed for patient management within hospital and nursing home networks in the United States, along with billing and insurance functionalities.  

     

    Requirements: 

    • More than 4+ years of experience in IT business analysis, with strong knowledge of overall BA theory, domain expertise, and excellent English communication skills. 

    • Technical understanding of information technologies and software development processes, including SDLC knowledge, and ability to read low-level code. 

    • Experience with requirements management systems (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and prioritization techniques (MoSCoW, Value vs. Effort). 

    • Ability to conduct stakeholder analysis using the RACI matrix and business case resolution. 

    • Proficiency in creating use case/user stories with acceptance criteria and prototyping using tools like Figma, draw.io, and Balsamiq. 

     

    Responsibilities: 

    • Facilitating communication between business users and the development team to gather and analyze requirements. 

    • Formalizing and documenting requirements in user and technical specifications, including adding descriptions to PBIs and grooming requirements with the team. 

    • Participating in discussions with the development team to clarify the technical feasibility of requirements and support the development and testing process to ensure compliance with product requirements. 

    • Participating in improving business analysis processes and methodologies within the company, including assisting with business workflow configuration and supporting the enhancement of BA practices. 

    • Utilizing stakeholder analysis (RACI matrix) and prioritization techniques to streamline requirements gathering and ensure efficient project delivery. 

     

     

    Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour working day (40 hr per week). Hours are flexible. But it is important to be available from 9-12 EST to be able to meet with the clients.
