    The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey? 

    We are seeking an experienced Director of Customer Support and Implementation to join our talented and dynamic team. As our company continues to expand into international markets, we need someone with a genuine passion for scaling and growing a Customer Support and Implementation Team. 

    In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing best practices, procedures, and KPIs to support a global team. 

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and scaling Customer Support and Implementation teams within SaaS/technology organizations, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and previous experience creating and executing a playbook for the Customer Support and Implementation function. 

     

     

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Own and maintain the Department metric tracking, (such as onboarded ARR, ticket resolution rates and onboarding rates) and reporting cadences for the Customer Support and Implementation team, including defining future KPIs as the business evolves. 

    • Oversee a team of Customer Success Managers, Customer Support Managers and Customer Implementation Managers, providing mentorship, setting performance goals, and supporting their professional growth. 

    • Roll out tried and tested Customer Support and Implementation playbooks, to implement scalable processes and best practices for onboarding, training, and ongoing account management. 

    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create a prescriptive roadmap for future processes, tech, and reporting needs aligned with company goals. 

    • Take a hands-on approach with customer training and implementations, ongoing support and troubleshooting, especially with priority customers. 

     

     

    Who You Are: (include required qualifications, experience, education) 

    • 15+ years of experience supporting customers and leading customer-facing teams (at least 5 years within a B2B technology/Saas company) 

    • 10+ years in people management (both small and large teams) 

    • Prior experience scaling a Customer Success/ Customer Support/Implementation team 

    • Global experience is a plus 

    • Experience with ERP or accounting systems (eg. SYSPRO, Acumatica, Epicor) is a plus 

    • Prior experience thriving in a fast-paced startup/scale up environment 

    • Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills; a process orientation and an innovative mindset

    About the Role

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience with production applications
    • Experience solving issues around scale, concurrency, queuing, background processing, and efficient ingestion of third party data
    • Mastery of fundamentals. SOLID coding principles, domain-driven design, performant code and queries, unit and integration testing.
    • Ability to build quick when we need to experiment, build clean when MVP becomes core functionality
    • Strong SQL and data analysis skills and an eagerness to dig into data as part of problem solving.
    • Full stack mentality. Every dev owns their features in full, meaning all the way from back end to front end code, automated and real life testing, demos, and delivery
    • Experience with agile development, sprints and scrum.
    • All the usual tooling: Git, Github, Jira, editor of your choice. (Plus the ability to search for good animated gifs when merging pull requests)

    Bonus points if you have:

    • Data experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker), ETL
    • Competence with React or React Native

    We’re hiring a Product Manager to join our team! As a Product Manager at Milk Moovement, you will help guide our team in developing scalable enterprise SaaS applications that revolutionize the dairy industry and beyond.

    The Logistics, Transportation, and Scheduling (LTS) team is tasked with three of the most important aspects of our platform, all working in tandem to ensure that the right milk gets to the right place at the right time . As a Product Manager at Milk Moovement, you will be the subject matter expert of all things product-related to LTS, including our mobile driver app. You will be embedded on the LTS team working closely with Design, Sales, and Customer Experience to prioritize, plan, and implement new features and products.

    •Define and implement a bold product strategy and roadmap that improves the end-to-end logistics, transportation, and scheduling products

    We are currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist interested in joining a high-growth stage startup. The purpose of the HR Generalist is simple but challenging: build out efficient and effective people operations by supporting our frontline team members and leaders in all aspects of HR

    At Getlabs, you will:

    • Own the onboarding experience for all new hires including administering and completing new hire paperwork, I9 verification, and hosting new hire orientation. 
    • Track, disperse, and maintain inventory of phlebotomist supplies needed for new hires, and retrieve supplies from off-boarded employees.
    • Serve as the first and main point of contact for internal employee requests, questions and guidance across the organization 
    • Handle employee relations issues to resolution; addressing incoming  issues promptly with discretion and care, coaching managers and offering guidance and suggestions for next steps, escalating when needed, and ensuring appropriate documentation and follow-up
    • Develop new processes and procedures of the People team, as well as improve on existing processes
    • Offer additional support to People Team including Payroll and Talent Acquisition as needed
    • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions across all states

  • Senior Technical Project Manager

    WHAT YOU’LL DO 

    We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee our integration processes, connecting to various Electronic Health Records (EHR), practice management (PM), and other data sources in the healthcare industry. As Preveta’s Senior Technical Project Manager you are integral for delivering a software platform that helps users bring patients through treatment-specific, gold-standard algorithmic clinical protocols that ensure patients don’t get lost in the traffic of our healthcare system. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integrations that support our mission to deliver outstanding solutions in healthcare. 

    Responsibilities 

    • Manage end-to-end integration processes for connecting to EHR, PM, and other systems, ensuring all steps are executed accurately and efficiently 
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for integration projects, liaising between internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors 
    • Actively participate in technical discussions, ensuring clear understanding of data flows, APIs, and system configurations 
    • Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks, maintaining momentum and meeting project deadlines 
    • Ensure all integration activities comply with industry standards and healthcare regulations 
    • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, checklists, and status reports 
    • Conduct regular status updates with stakeholders, providing clear communication of progress, risks, and solutions
