  • B2spin: Digital Design Team Lead — Retention/CRM

    Headquarters: Bulgaria

    URL: http://b2spin.com

We are B2Spin, and we are dedicated to delivering the best Free-to-Play Social Casino and gaming experiences by creating captivating, engaging, and unique products that are accessible to everyone. We have built a team of talented professionals from all over the globe, who are working to continually improve the experiences of our players. We are not looking to just be part of the industry, but to revolutionize it.

    The Role

We run the creative function for retention at a multi-brand iGaming company. That means high-volume, high-frequency output — emails, push notifications, in-app messages, onsite banners — produced for segmented player audiences across multiple brands, all at the same time. This is a marketing creative leadership role, not a product or UX design role. You will lead a team of Digital Designers producing retention marketing assets across four brands and multiple CRM channels — not app or product interfaces.

The Design Team Lead owns the quality and consistency of that output. Not by reviewing everything personally, but by building the systems, standards, and team capability that make good work the default. This is as much an ops-and-systems role as it is a creative leadership role. If you’re energized by turning “we eyeball it every time” into “we have a standard for that,” this is the job.

    What You Will Own

Brand systems that actually get used

Our brands are fragmented today. You’ll build the documented visual systems — templates, component libraries, per-brand rules, practical “do this, not that” guidance — that designers reach for rather than work around. When the system is good, consistency stops being something we police and becomes the default.

    Repeatable production at scale

Multiple designers producing work across four brands and CRM channels need modular templates, clear briefing standards, and clean versioning. You’ll build and maintain those foundations. Just as importantly, you’ll convert the feedback you keep repeating into checklists and onboarding material — so nobody gives the same note twice.

AI that produces on-brand results, not surprises

We already use AI heavily; the results aren’t predictable enough. You’ll put structure around it: per-brand prompt libraries, locked reference styles, clear review checkpoints, and training on how to take a raw AI output and finish it to a genuinely on-brand standard.

    Quality that can be measured

You’ll define what “on-brand and high quality” means for each brand, track simple signals like first-pass approval rate and rework volume, and catch delivery or quality risks before they hit send dates. You’ll also keep improving how the team works — processes, tools, handovers — without waiting to be asked.

A team that feels clear and supported

Regular 1:1s, honest consistent feedback, and being the person designers come to when they’re stuck. You’ll monitor workload alongside the Traffic Manager, contribute to hiring, and make sure new designers land well and ramp fast.

    What Success Looks Like

    • Our brands feel like systems, and the work looks consistent wherever it shows up.

    • Designers work to shared standards, so the same feedback isn’t going round in circles.

    • Work ships with reliable quality and far less rework.

    • AI is a dependable part of how we create, not a gamble.

    • The team feels supported, knows what good looks like, and trusts their own judgement.

    What We’re Looking For

    • A direct, easy communicator who does well in a fast-moving, remote team.

    • 5+ years of professional digital design experience, with a strong portfolio of digital work.

    • A track record of building systems, such as templates, brand guidelines, component libraries, or repeatable processes, not just strong one-off work.

    • Experience mentoring or supporting other designers; leadership is a big plus, not a must.

    • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to give feedback that is clear, kind, and useful.

    • Hands-on experience taming AI creative tools, or a strong point of view on how you would.

    Why you will love it

You’ll thrive in our high-pace, high-growth environment where your curiosity directly shapes million-dollar decisions. Every insight you uncover translates into real business impact, while you build and lead a team that thinks strategically about the brands they own. You’ll have the freedom to innovate your approach to analysis while working at the cutting edge of gaming analytics and machine learning.

    Equal Opportunities Statement
We hire based on skills, drive, and ideas — nothing else. Your background, gender, age, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, neurodiversity, or educational path will never be a barrier to joining us. We also welcome candidates from non-traditional career journeys and value diverse perspectives that challenge conventional thinking.
Diversity fuels our innovation, collaboration, and growth, and we’re committed to creating an environment where everyone can contribute their best work and thrive.

    CRM Marketing Manager

    Reporting to: CMO
    Location: Fully Remote
    Markets: 12

    About the Role

We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to own CXM’s customer lifecycle marketing across 12 markets. You will use customer data, segmentation, automation, and personalised communications to improve activation, first-time deposits, retention, reactivation, and customer lifetime value.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can build CRM journeys from the ground up, manage campaigns across multiple markets, and use performance data to continuously improve results.

    Key Objectives

    • Build and launch at least 3 automated lifecycle journeys covering welcome/activation, retention, and reactivation within the first 6 months.
    • Improve the current 9% lead-to-FTD conversion rate through targeted CRM activation campaigns.
    • Support reducing churn to below 10% through structured retention and reactivation programmes.
    • Build and maintain localised CRM journeys across all 12 markets.
    • Maintain 99%+ deliverability and ensure all CRM activity meets applicable compliance requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lifecycle & CRM Strategy

    • Own customer journeys across onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, loyalty, VIP, churn prevention, and win-back.
    • Define triggers, audiences, journey logic, exclusions, frequency caps, and exit criteria.
    • Coordinate email and push communications to create a consistent customer experience.

    Campaigns & Automation

    • Build, launch, and optimise automated CRM campaigns using platforms such as Mailgun, Braze, Klaviyo, or equivalent.
    • Create targeted campaigns based on customer behaviour, lifecycle stage, market, language, and product.
    • Manage promotional campaigns, newsletters, VIP communications, retention campaigns, and partner communications.
    • Develop and maintain reusable email templates and content blocks.

    Segmentation & Personalisation

    • Build and maintain customer segments, consent lists, exclusions, and communication rules.
    • Configure personalised and dynamic content based on customer data.
    • Work with Product, Analytics, and IT to define and validate data and event requirements.
    • SQL knowledge is a strong advantage.

    Localisation

    • Manage CRM communications across multiple languages and markets.
    • Coordinate translation, editing, and linguistic QA.
    • Ensure correct currencies, dates, links, variables, legal messaging, tone, and RTL requirements.
    • Maintain master journeys and localisation matrices across all markets.

    Deliverability & Compliance

    • Monitor deliverability, bounces, spam complaints, suppression lists, and domain/IP reputation.
    • Maintain strong email hygiene and deliverability standards.
    • Run detailed pre-launch QA covering audiences, links, variables, tracking, content, sender details, and scheduling.
    • Ensure campaigns comply with consent, unsubscribe, data retention, and local regulatory requirements.

    Analytics & Optimisation

    • Analyse CRM performance by market, language, segment, and customer lifecycle stage.
    • Measure conversion, retention, churn, revenue, and incremental uplift — not just opens and clicks.
    • Run A/B and holdout tests across offers, messaging, timing, frequency, channels, and journey structure.
    • Maintain a clear optimisation backlog and turn insights into measurable improvements.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation.
    • Hands-on experience building automated customer journeys.
    • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, triggers, and lifecycle strategy.
    • Experience managing CRM across multiple markets and languages.
    • Strong knowledge of email deliverability and campaign QA.
    • Experience with Mailgun, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar CRM platforms.
    • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
    • Comfortable working with technical and data teams.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Experience in FX, fintech, trading, igaming, or another regulated B2C environment is highly desirable.
    • Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.

    Ideal Candidate Background

The strongest candidates are likely to be currently working as a:

    • CRM Manager / Lifecycle Marketing Manager
    • Email Marketing Manager
    • Marketing Automation Specialist
    • Retention Marketing Manager
    • CRM-focused Digital Marketing Manager

  • Beefree : Sale Manager (SaaS)

    Headquarters: San Francisco

    URL: https://beefree.io

    Salary: $165,000 – $185,000
    OTE Bonus: $75,000
    Total OTE: $240,000 – $260,000

Remote from anywhere in the United States

Your mission is to turn Beefree’s sales motion into a repeatable, well-coached, well-instrumented revenue system. Beefree has two, distinct product lines: Beefree SDK, an embeddable content creation platform, and RGE Studio, an email production suite under our Really Good Emails brand.

Your primary focus will be Beefree SDK, our most strategic sales-led business. It is a technical, consultative sale into SaaS and other companies, typically involving product, engineering, and commercial stakeholders. Because the SDK becomes embedded in our customers’ products, successful deals require strong discovery, multi-threaded account management, and the ability to build trust around long-term product and business impact.

To succeed, you will need to lead by example and stay close to the work. You will be directly involved in selected strategic opportunities, support the team on complex deals, and use those learnings to improve how we qualify, sell, coach, and scale.

This is not a pure management role. It is also not a senior AE role with a leadership title. We are looking for someone who still loves the game as much as they love developing others. The right person will help grow the business directly, and at the same time build the coaching, standards, and operating rhythm that make the team stronger over time.

Your core responsibilities will be to:

    • Lead and support strategic opportunities, especially for Beefree SDK, helping reps with discovery, deal strategy, stakeholder management, technical buyer alignment, and commercial execution.
    • Coach the team helping them win live deals, not just reviewing them afterwards.
    • Own and improve the playbooks for the sales team: talk tracks, qualification, demo flows, follow-up standards.
    • Make the sales motion more repeatable and scalable across the full opportunity lifecycle.
    • Run a clear operating rhythm for pipeline, forecasting and deal reviews, without over-engineering the process.
    • Build an exceptional partnership with Product and Marketing to sharpen buyer narratives, improve campaign handoffs, and create shared visibility into pipeline health.

    How you will work:

    • Lead through direct involvement, not distance. You will stay close enough to customers, prospects, and active deals to develop a deep understanding of what problems they are trying to solve, what other solutions they are considering, and how we best fit in.
    • Support strategic opportunities, helping reps with discovery, demos, stakeholder mapping, technical buyer alignment, follow-up, negotiation, and close plans.
    • Use that exposure to raise the quality of the team’s execution, from discovery and demos to stakeholder mapping, follow-up, negotiation, and close plans.
    • Create clarity around what good looks like, through practical standards, simple processes, useful playbooks, and consistent coaching.
    • Work closely with Product, Ops, and Marketing to identify and prioritize high-intent accounts.
    • Use CRM data, pipeline reviews, win/loss signals, and customer feedback to decide where to focus, what to fix, and what to stop doing.
    • Work closely with Marketing and Product to make sure the sales narrative, enablement material, case studies, and customer feedback loop reflect what buyers actually care about.
    • Bring discipline to planning, forecasting, pipeline quality, and budget allocation, without turning the team into a process-heavy organization.

What success looks like in the first 6 to 12 months:

    • You have personally won strategic deals and set a standard the team can copy.
    • The New Business pipelines are healthier, better qualified and easier to inspect.
    • Deals have clearer next steps, stakeholder mapping and strategy.
    • The team runs on a consistent coaching and review rhythm.
    • The SDK narrative is sharper for both technical and business buyers.
    • Win/loss learning feeds messaging, targeting and product feedback.
    • Leadership has clearer visibility into pipeline quality and forecast confidence.

    What we are looking for:

    • A seller who became a leader and never stopped selling
    • A recent track record of personally closing technical, developer-led or PLG deals. What you have closed lately matters more than years on a CV.
    • SaaS sales leadership experience, ideally in martech, developer tools or technical SaaS.
    • Sharp with CRM data, funnel metrics and pipeline analysis, using data to decide, not just report
    • A genuine coach who builds judgement, not script-followers.
    • Remote leadership capability: clarity, energy and accountability in a distributed team
    • Strong communicator across calls, demos, executive conversations and webinars
    • Fluent in PLG: You know how to read product signals and partner across the organization to build sales-assist motions that support them.
    • Real curiosity in the jobs Beefree’s products get done and an authentic passion for the company’s mission
    • Extra points for experience selling to technical buyers. Comfortable with APIs, embedded software, production versus staging, Model Context Protocol and agentic UX.
