Position Overview:<\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis and optimization of business processes, systems, and strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n
\u2022 Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, objectives, and challenges.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Elicit, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements using best practices.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Develop comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessment, to support decision-making.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Create process maps, user stories, and workflows to illustrate proposed solutions.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Conduct impact assessments and identify risks associated with proposed changes.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather input from key stakeholders.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts within the team.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.<\/div>\n

Qualifications:<\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Required:<\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.<\/div>\n
\u2022 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior role.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Experience with business process modeling tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML).<\/div>\n
\u2022 Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.<\/div>\n

Preferred:<\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n
\u2022 Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Experience with enterprise-level tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Knowledge of financial modeling and budgeting techniques.<\/div>\n
