The primary purpose of this role is to sell and upsell our Pest\u00a0 Management Services and Products to residential prospects and\u00a0 current clientele professionally, profitably and ethically by executing\u00a0 the company designed sales process. The role of the Inside Sales\u00a0 Professional for Rentokil Terminix is to meet or\u00a0 exceed Baseline Sales Targets, meets or exceeds KPIs while\u00a0 maintaining a customer focused service. New business revenue will\u00a0 come from the following sources:<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf Effectively manage inbound daily sales calls expectations.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u25cf Consistently maintain a 60% or better closing rate and convert customer call-ins to 60% or\u00a0 better into our Year Round Protection Plan.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u25cf Consistently achieve and exceed monthly Base Line Sales Target.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u25cf Clearly identify and execute the Inside Sales 6 Step Sales Approach.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u25cf Follow up on all Proposed\/Proposed\/Open Orders and Sold\/Proposed within 24 hours.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u25cf Re-solicitation\/calls to convert single purchase customers into Year Round Protection Plan.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u25cf Effectively Execute Residential Campaigns for both new and existing customers.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u25cf Execute outbound and SMS campaigns as needed. Needs are determined by inbound volume.<\/p>\n

\u25cf During non-peak months, it may be necessary to support campaigns other than Inbound.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Call volume standards are 12-15 Calls per Hour.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u25cf Meet or exceed an average monthly call quality score above 75%.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u25cf Multi-tasking skills are essential<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf 1+ years successful experience at a rapidly growing professional sales organization.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u25cf 1+ years Call center experience\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u25cf Proven history of driving sales results and achieving goals\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u25cf Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u25cf Experience in effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u25cf Proven success in a dynamic, fast paced environment<\/p>\n
