    What We’re Looking For<\/strong><\/div>\n

    • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work, with a focus on web and mobile applications.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.<\/li>\n
    • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and current web\/mobile UI trends.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows and site maps that enhance the user experience.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to conduct user research and testing, translating insights into actionable design improvements.<\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices, ensuring inclusive design across platforms.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in creating and managing design systems for consistent brand and product experience.<\/li>\n
    • Strong attention to detail, with a knack for creating visually compelling and easy-to-navigate interfaces.<\/li>\n
    • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on optimizing user journeys and improving usability.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n
    • Basic knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.<\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.\u00a0<\/li>\n
    • Advanced English level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
