What You\u2019ll Do<\/div>\n
Own our Recruitment Process<\/div>\n
    \n
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle<\/strong> to ensure a seamless, personalized, and high-quality candidate experience.<\/li>\n
  • Partner with our Leadership and Client Teams<\/strong> to forecast hiring needs, balancing short-term and long-term growth strategies.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with our Talent Director<\/strong> on our employer branding and implement attraction strategies using AI and automation tools.<\/li>\n
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and elevate the overall candidate journey.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Lead and Develop the Team<\/div>\n
      \n
    • Step into a leadership role for our Sourcing Team<\/strong>, helping them sharpen their skills and deliver exceptional results.<\/li>\n
    • Guide and support our Talent Acquisition team<\/strong> on internal hiring projects, fostering alignment and focus.<\/li>\n
    • Provide coaching, mentorship, and continuous feedback to help the team achieve their goals and advance their careers.<\/li>\n
    • Build and scale our internal recruitment function<\/strong> over time, creating a sustainable hiring framework.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Be a Strategic Partner to Sales<\/div>\n
        \n
      • Work closely with our Director of Business Development<\/strong> and Talent Director<\/strong> to understand customer hiring needs and contribute to tailored recruitment solutions.<\/li>\n
      • Share actionable market insights<\/strong> to inform attraction strategies that align with client goals.<\/li>\n
      • Position internal recruiting as a testing ground for tools and approaches that can benefit our clients and inspire prospects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        Stay Ahead of the Curve<\/div>\n

        • Stay on top of industry trends<\/strong> and innovations to keep Tribe at the forefront of recruitment best practices.<\/li>\n
        • Use data and analytics<\/strong> to forecast hiring trends and inform strategic decisions.<\/li>\n
        • Develop talent pipelines<\/strong> for current and future needs, ensuring agility and readiness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          Collaborate Across the Organization<\/div>\n

          • Partner with cross-functional leaders to align recruitment strategies<\/strong> with business objectives.<\/li>\n
