On a typical day you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define\u00a0concise, end-to-end user stories to drive both frontend and backend development in an agile environment.<\/li>\n<li>Play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technology solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate within a passionate digital cross-functional team which includes Product Management, Engineering and Product Designers.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate\u00a0proven analytical skills with a &#8216;can do&#8217; attitude \u2013 we&#8217;re looking for someone who can propose, document, and deliver.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"h3\">Qualifications<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven end-to-end Business Analyst experience within Agile Scrum, covering detailed analysis, requirements elicitation, user story creation\/acceptance criteria and As-Is\/To-Be states.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.<\/li>\n<li>Strong blend of technical and business BA skills.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of the home loan application lifecycle, with a focus on lending-specific requirements would be highly desirable<\/li>\n<li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams (Engineering, Product, Design, QA) in remote and on-site settings.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Awareness of digital design and backend connectivity.<\/li>\n<li>BAU support, including helpdesk ticket resolution (desirable)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"h3\">Additional Information<\/div>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We\u2019re Flex First which means we\u2019ve fully embraced flexible working from home and have metropolitan city offices for those who do want to work from the office.<\/li>\n<li>We offer extended Paid Parental Leave: we celebrate our growing Lendi Group family with up to 26 weeks leave for primary carers and up to 4 weeks for secondary carers.\u202f<\/li>\n<li>An additional week\u2019s Loyalty Leave each year after reaching 3 years\u2019 service.\u202f<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are a people-first company that invests in initiatives to promote a healthy work environment, such as offering an Employee Assistance Program and social groups such as our industry-leading Women in Technology group.<\/p>\n<p>Our culture is guided by our 3 core values: We Are Stronger United; Act Like You Own It; and Keep Home Loans Human.
