As a Junior Systems Engineer on the Delivery and Implementation team, you will play a vital role in delivering DeepHealth’s lifesaving AI technologies into the hands of those who need it most.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Seamless Implementations: Install and configure DeepHealth’s software for medical imaging, ensuring smooth integration with their existing IT infrastructure.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Dedicated Customer Support: Become a trusted resource for DeepHealth’s customers, troubleshooting technical issues and providing expert guidance.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Building a Strong Foundation: Support our R&D engineers by maintaining the continuous integration environment, ensuring efficient software development. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Process Improvement Champion: Collaborate with the rest of the Delivery and Implementation team to refine internal workflows and enhance the customer experience. <\/span><\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Solid knowledge of Linux, Networking, and Security. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Linux shell and shell scripting, Linux tool chain installation, upgrade and maintenance. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent verbal and written English communications skills. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Self-starting: ability to manage own time and priorities. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Pro-active: eager to resolve issues and propose and implement improvements<\/p>\n

\u2022 Attention to detail; working with high levels of accuracy<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to manage customer relations in a complex environment.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience in communicating with technical and non-technical staff to resolve issues.<\/p>\n\n

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience<\/p>\n

Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<\/p>\n

2+ years of experience in infrastructure administration or a similar role.<\/p>\n

Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).<\/p>\n

Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).<\/p>\n

Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.<\/p>\n

Solid understanding of system administration, including Linux and Windows servers.<\/p>\n

Familiarity with storage management solutions and best practices.<\/p>\n

Experience in backup and recovery planning and execution.<\/p>\n

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.<\/p>\n

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Professional, CKA) are a plus.<\/p>\n

Physical Demands<\/p>\n

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 90 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel (~50% of time), drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation.<\/p>\n

Working Environment<\/p>\n

The position is remote. The employee will be expected to travel to data centers, conferences, workshops, etc. This position requires domestic \/ international travel up to 50%.<\/p>\n
