  • Experience in account management and sales<\/li>\n
  • SaaS and Renewable Energy experience<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of contractor workflows and personas<\/li>\n
  • Explicit communication skills<\/li>\n
  • Thorough documentation<\/li>\n
  • Effective follow up game<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency with Hubspot<\/li>\n
    WHAT YOU WILL DO<\/div>\n
  • Build and retain client relationships<\/li>\n
  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities<\/li>\n
  • Seek out, listen, and put action to needs and feedback from current user base<\/li>\n
  • Maintain knowledge of solar, drone and design software technology<\/li>\n
  • Assemble user contracts and documentation<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with sales, customer success and finance departments<\/li>\n
  • Ability to to conduct remote and in person demos<\/li>\n
  • Able to travel a few times a year to industry events and client visits<\/li>\n
