As Preveta\u2019s Senior Technical Project Manager you are integral for delivering a software platform that helps users bring patients through treatment-specific, gold-standard algorithmic clinical protocols that ensure patients don\u2019t get lost in the traffic of our healthcare system. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integrations that support our mission to deliver outstanding solutions in healthcare.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage end-to-end integration processes for connecting to EHR, PM, and other systems, ensuring all steps are executed accurately and efficiently\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for integration projects, liaising between internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively participate in technical discussions, ensuring clear understanding of data flows, APIs, and system configurations\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks, maintaining momentum and meeting project deadlines\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all integration activities comply with industry standards and healthcare regulations\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, checklists, and status reports\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct regular status updates with stakeholders, providing clear communication of progress, risks, and solutions\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive process improvements to optimize integration workflows and increase efficiency\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met or exceeded\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with third-party vendors to align deliverables, manage dependencies, and troubleshoot issues\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT YOU\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The big picture: At Preveta, we\u2019re looking for someone who\u2019s empathetic, driven, and deeply committed to improving healthcare outcomes.\u00a0 We know people are so much more than their resume \u2013 but to make sure you&#8217;re set up for success in this role, we\u2019re looking for:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience project managing complex integration processes where you have had to coordinate activities across multiple business functions\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing startup environment\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Effective and efficient in a remote-only work setup and environment\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Dedication to being deeply acquainted with our customers\u2019 and users\u2019 day-to-day workflow and operations\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability and willingness to travel (10 &#8211;
