\u2022 Drive Vision and Strategy:<\/strong> Define and implement the overall strategy for documentation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, product goals, and user needs.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Collaborate Across Teams:<\/strong> Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and customer support teams to gather information and translate technical concepts into accessible, user-friendly content.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Champion Documentation Standards:<\/strong> Establish and promote documentation best practices, style guides, and content templates to ensure consistency and quality.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Understand the Audience:<\/strong> Conduct user research and collect feedback to understand the documentation needs of developers, customers, and internal teams. Use insights to continuously improve content relevance and usability.<\/div>\n

\u2022 Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role, ideally within the software, fintech, or technology industry.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Strong understanding of technical concepts, such as APIs, software development, and systems architecture.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Experience with documentation tools like Confluence, MadCap Flare, GitHub, Swagger, or similar platforms.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Ability to define and execute a documentation strategy aligned with organizational goals.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Analytical mindset and experience in measuring the success of content delivery.<\/div>\n
