CT welcomes your application, wherever in the world it&#8217;s coming from!<\/p>\n<p class=\"h3\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"h3\">YOU SHOULD HAVE:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<\/li><li>Prior experience with recruitment, sourcing, screening, hiring etc. International recruiting experience is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for recruitment and human resources.<\/li>\n<li>Great interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to stay highly organized with great attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and spoken English.<\/li>\n<li>The availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.<\/li>\n<li>Passion to build a startup.<\/li>\n<li>An outgoing and friendly disposition.<\/li>\n<li>A reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone and speakers, reliable internet and power if working remotely.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"h3\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"h3\">YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<\/li><li>Drafting and posting job ads.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing resumes and screening candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling interviews and skills tests by coordinating appointments.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting interviews with candidates on Zoom.<\/li>\n<li>Administering skills tests.<\/li>\n<li>Inputting, updating and maintaining data in the recruiting database.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting exit interviews in the event that an employee leaves the company.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting management with personnel issues and employee development.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting management with organizing and coordinating employee training workshops.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and executing company events.<\/li>\n<li>Protecting operations by keeping human resource information confidential.<\/li>\n<li>Providing horizontal support to other staff members of the recruitment team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"h5\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"h5\">We are looking for talented and diligent candidates who excel in our skills tests, and will consider these candidates even if past experience or educational background criteria aren&#8217;t met.<\/p>\n<p class=\"h5\"><\/p>\n<p>*California, New York, Washington, and Colorado: starting base pay for this position ranges between $15 &#8211; $35 per hour.<\/p>\n<p>Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience,<br \/>\nqualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and<br \/>\nseniority of the position offered.
