The Role:<\/span><\/p>\n

We are looking for a <\/span>Senior DevOps Engineer specialising in AWS for one of our clients<\/span>. You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.<\/span><\/p>\n

What we\u2019re looking for:<\/span><\/div>\n
    \n
  • \n

    5+ years of experience in a DevOps or cloud engineering role.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Proven expertise in AWS services and architecture, including hands-on experience with large-scale deployments.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Strong proficiency with AWS services (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or ECS.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Knowledge of CI\/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, CircleCI, or AWS CodePipeline.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Nice-to-have skills:<\/span><\/div>\n
      \n
    • \n

      AWS Certified Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer certifications.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience with hybrid cloud environments or multi-cloud strategies.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in AWS.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Knowledge of security compliance standards such as SOC2, GDPR, or HIPAA.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Responsibilities:<\/span><\/div>\n
        \n
      • \n

        Design, implement, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure on AWS.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Build and maintain VPCs, EC2 instances, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, and other AWS services.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies are in place.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Automate operational processes with tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Create scripts to streamline deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Design and implement robust CI\/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI\/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Automate software build, test, and deployment processes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Integrate CI\/CD pipelines with monitoring and alerting systems.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Ensure adherence to security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and compliance requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Conduct vulnerability assessments and support remediation efforts.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
