Most videos will include talking-head footage, screen recordings, website examples, captions, charts, and simple motion graphics.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"external-panel__heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<div class=\"external-panel__trix-content external-panel__trix-content--colored\">\n<div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Edit short LinkedIn videos, usually 30 seconds to 3 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Turn raw footage into polished, engaging social content<\/li>\n<li>Add captions, callouts, zooms, screenshots, charts, and simple motion graphics<\/li>\n<li>Apply clean, consistent color grading to maintain a polished look<\/li>\n<li>Enhance audio with basic sound design and leveling<\/li>\n<li>Make business and data-heavy topics feel clear and visually interesting<\/li>\n<li>Create strong openings that hook viewers in the first few seconds<\/li>\n<li>Repurpose longer recordings into short clips<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, premium, data-driven brand style<\/li>\n<li>Communicate clearly with a U.S.-based team and respond well to feedback<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"external-panel__heading\">Skills, Knowledge and Expertise<\/h2>\n<div class=\"external-panel__trix-content external-panel__trix-content--colored\">\n<div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of professional video editing experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong portfolio of social media videos<\/li>\n<li>Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchy<\/li>\n<li>Experience editing talking-head, educational, or business content<\/li>\n<li>Strong skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar<\/li>\n<li>Good written English<\/li>\n<li>Reliable, organized, and able to work independently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Nice to Have<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with B2B, SaaS, marketing, design, or tech content<\/li>\n<li>Motion graphics or After Effects skills<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with LinkedIn and YouTube editing styles<\/li>\n<li>Interest in A\/B testing, CRO, UX, or digital marketing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"external-panel__heading\">Benefits<\/h2>\n<div class=\"external-panel__trix-content external-panel__trix-content--colored\">\n<div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Growth path.\u00a0<\/strong>We invest heavily in developing our people and promote almost exclusively from within.
