In this role, you will act as a product expert and trusted advisor, transforming client needs into actionable solutions. Partnering with Account Executives, you\u2019ll conduct detailed discovery of goals, technical needs, data, and success metrics.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll also collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure seamless transitions. This role suits individuals who prioritize solutions, embrace continuous learning, and focus on driving impactful customer outcomes.<\/p>\n

About the Team:<\/h2>\n

The Solutions Engineering team collaborates with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to assist customers in understanding, evaluating, and adopting Zoom’s platform, including Common Room.<\/p>\n

Team members bring advanced technical knowledge and a consultative mindset to conduct product demonstrations, design solutions, and guide customers through detailed evaluations for optimal alignment.<\/p>\n
