We pride ourselves on reliability, integrity, and exceptional customer service\u2014while creating meaningful employment opportunities for veterans.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This Is Not a Typical Customer Service Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re a strong closer who thrives on turning conversations into revenue, this role is for you.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re hiring an Inbound Sales Representative whose primary goal is simple: Convert as many inbound calls as possible into booked jobs\u2014on the first call.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be the voice of our company and the driving force behind turning customer inquiries into scheduled appointments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer inbound calls and guide customers to book services in real time<\/li>\n<li>Take full ownership of each call\u2014from inquiry to closed booking<\/li>\n<li>Ask smart, targeted questions to quickly understand customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Clearly relay our internal script for onsite estimates, using this as your tool to convert.<\/li>\n<li>Overcome objections and confidently close<\/li>\n<li>Schedule jobs accurately using CRM and dispatch software<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on missed opportunities to capture additional revenue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in inbound sales, call center sales, or high-conversion roles<\/li>\n<li>Strong closing skills\u2014you\u2019re comfortable asking for the sale<\/li>\n<li>Confident and professional phone presence<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think on your feet and handle objections effectively<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized and tech-savvy (CRM experience preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Driven by performance, metrics, and results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bonus Points<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in home services, moving, or logistics<\/li>\n<li>Track record of meeting or exceeding conversion or sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$25-$28\/hr based on experience<\/li>\n<li>Performance-based bonuses tied to conversion and bookings<\/li>\n<li>Growth opportunities as we expand across California<\/li>\n<li>Supportive, team-oriented environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At Vets Move Junk, your performance directly impacts company growth.
