You&#8217;ll be the person who turns SharePoint from a static document repository into a well-governed, automated, AI-augmented workspace. If you can architect information governance and build Copilot-powered automation with equal confidence, this role is built for that.<\/p>\n<h2>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Design, build, and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, and information architecture<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Implement Microsoft 365 automation using Power Automate, Power Platform, and related tools<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Configure and optimize Microsoft Copilot capabilities across SharePoint and the broader M365 environment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Implement data governance, information protection, and compliance controls using Microsoft Purview<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Design and enforce data classification, retention, and sensitivity labeling policies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Build automated workflows that reduce manual effort across business processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Troubleshoot and resolve issues across SharePoint, M365 automation, and Purview configurations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical solutions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain documentation for architecture, automation workflows, and governance policies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Stay current on Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Purview feature updates and best practices<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What You Bring<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint architecture, administration, and site design<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with Microsoft 365 automation tools, including Power Automate and the Power Platform<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Hands-on experience configuring and deploying Microsoft Copilot within M365 environments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong experience with Microsoft Purview, including data governance, compliance, and information protection<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Understanding of data classification, retention policies, and sensitivity labeling<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to translate business process needs into automated, governed technical solutions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong troubleshooting skills across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Solid communication skills for collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Nice to Have<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, SC-400, PL-200)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with Microsoft Graph API for custom integrations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Background supporting regulated industries with compliance-heavy requirements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Why This Role<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>End-to-end ownership: Own architecture, automation, and governance across the M365 ecosystem, not a single narrow tool<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Cutting-edge focus: Work hands-on with Copilot, one of the newest and fastest-evolving parts of the Microsoft stack<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Governance depth: Real responsibility for data protection and compliance through Purview, not just automation for its own sake<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Flexibility: Remote-friendly engagement structure<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to Apply<\/h2>\n<p>Ready to bring SharePoint, Copilot, and Purview expertise to a modern M365 environment?
