We’re a specialized paid media agency working with high-risk brands (CBD, cannabis, nicotine, vapes, peptides). We focus on Meta Ads and high-converting funnels for brands that face advertising restrictions.<\/p>\n

The Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Own a portfolio of 10-20 ecommerce client ad accounts end to end. Check spend and performance daily and act on the numbers: scale winners, kill losers, restructure when fatigue creeps in. Build full-funnel campaigns. Run structured creative testing with our creative director and scale what wins. Make the budget calls, including telling a client no when the data isn’t there. Lead client reporting calls and strategy reviews. Spot funnel problems beyond the ads (checkout drop-off, tracking issues). Handle ad rejections and policy pauses fast.<\/p>\n

What You Need:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2705 2+ years hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience on ecommerce\/DTC accounts<\/p>\n

\u2705 A track record you can walk us through: stores you ran, what you changed, what happened<\/p>\n

\u2705 Know ecommerce numbers cold (ROAS, AOV, CPA, frequency, add-to-cart to purchase)<\/p>\n

\u2705 Can explain WHY campaigns perform the way they do, not just read dashboards<\/p>\n

\u2705 Confident on client calls: present results, defend strategy, push back with data<\/p>\n

\u2705 Excellent English – confident on video calls<\/p>\n

\u2705 Comfortable working with CBD\/cannabis\/nicotine brands (no prior restricted-ads experience needed – we train you)<\/p>\n

\u2705 Available during US business hours (overlap required)<\/p>\n
