{"id":2537,"date":"2026-07-10T22:55:35","date_gmt":"2026-07-10T22:55:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tradefinder.help\/?p=2537"},"modified":"2026-07-10T22:55:35","modified_gmt":"2026-07-10T22:55:35","slug":"warehouse-inventory-clerk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tradefinder.help\/?p=2537","title":{"rendered":"Warehouse Inventory Clerk"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Warehouse Inventory Clerk will conduct accurate inventory counting and reporting to ensure the Warehouse Department can function effectively in fulfilling orders.\u00a0<em>This is an entry-level position reporting to the Warehouse Manager.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in managing inventory for both Caribbean Bottling Company (CBC) and Caribbean Wines &amp; Spirits (CWS)<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels to ensure all orders can be completely filled<\/li>\n<li>Conduct daily inventory counts and prepare related reports<\/li>\n<li>Check and verify invoices in the system and ensure they are properly signed<\/li>\n<li>Finalize Warehouse invoices for items shipped<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to FEFO in fulfilling all requests and prepare FEFO log for auditing<\/li>\n<li>Prepare weekly Expiration Report and daily Out of Stock (OOS) Report for distribution to management<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of items shipped<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma<\/li>\n<li>BGCSEs including Math and English<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2-3 years&#8217; experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift, push and pull 50lbs or more<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Interested persons should submit their resume to hradmin@cbcbahamas.com.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview The Warehouse Inventory Clerk will conduct accurate inventory counting and reporting to ensure the Warehouse Department can function effectively in fulfilling orders.\u00a0This is an entry-level position reporting to the Warehouse Manager.
