This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team supporting large-scale Azure and AWS cloud initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the delivery of cloud transformation and migration projects through effective project coordination and administration.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring progress is accurately tracked and reported.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate project governance activities, including steering committee packs, status reports, RAID logs, and project documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Organise and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure project documentation is maintained, controlled, and stored in accordance with agreed standards and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Track project actions, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Support project financial administration, including purchase orders, budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate activities across technical and business teams to ensure delivery milestones are achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Produce regular project reporting and management information for internal and client stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Support the successful transition of project deliverables into operational support and service teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Required Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in a <strong>Project Coordinator<\/strong>, PMO Analyst, or Project Support role within IT, technology, or professional services environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and project lifecycle processes.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience producing project reports, meeting minutes, action logs, RAID logs, and project documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting project budgeting, financial tracking, and administrative activities.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as <strong>Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Desirable Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure to <strong>Azure or AWS cloud transformation, migration, or infrastructure projects<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working within cloud, managed services, or digital transformation programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Experience within PMO functions or supporting enterprise-scale technology programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant qualifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation, AgilePM Foundation, or equivalent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s on Offer?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fully remote working.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to support large-scale cloud transformation programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to Azure and AWS migration and modernisation initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative and fast-paced delivery environment.<\/li>\n<li>Long-term contract opportunity with potential for extension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Location: Fully Remote (UK) Contract Type: Contract IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Duration: Initial 3\u00e2\u0080\u00936 Months (with potential extension) Day Rate: Competitive The Opportunity We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of cloud transformation, migration, and modernisation programmes across enterprise environments.
