What we\u2019re looking for:<\/span><\/div>\n

  • \n

    5+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence development or data engineering roles.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Expertise in designing and building solutions using Microsoft Power BI.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Proven track record of working with large datasets and complex SQL queries.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Proficiency in SQL, including advanced query writing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Strong experience with data modeling, Power Query, DAX, and Power BI service administration.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Familiarity with database platforms like SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, or PostgreSQL.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Experience with ETL tools and processes (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Knowledge of data warehouse design principles (e.g., star schema, dimensional modeling).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Nice-to-have skills:<\/span><\/div>\n

      Experience with Azure data tools (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Familiarity with version control tools like Git.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python for data processing.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Microsoft certifications in Power BI or SQL Server.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Responsibilities:<\/span><\/div>\n

        Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI to meet business requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Implement data modeling, calculated columns, and DAX measures for optimized reporting solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Develop scalable, reusable Power BI templates and reports for enterprise-wide use.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for ETL processes and data manipulation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Design and maintain efficient data pipelines and workflows to integrate, clean, and transform data from multiple sources.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Optimize database queries and ensure high performance in large datasets.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Design and implement data warehouse solutions and schemas to support BI requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Integrate data from diverse sources such as relational databases, cloud-based platforms, APIs, and flat files.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Collaborate with the data engineering team to design and enhance ETL workflows.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Monitor and optimize the performance of Power BI reports and underlying data models.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in SQL queries and BI tools.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability across BI platforms.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
