# Remote Contractor \u2014 Accounting & Operations Assistant<\/p>\n

## About the Role<\/p>\n

We’re looking for organized, reliable multitaskers with strong communication skills to join our remote operations team. You’ll support daily back-office workflows for a fast-moving food distribution business.<\/p>\n

## Requirements<\/p>\n

– **English fluency** \u2014 excellent written and verbal communication
– **Microsoft Excel** \u2014 intermediate level or above
– **Equipment (required):**
\u00a0 – Business-class laptop or desktop: Intel Core i7 \/ AMD Ryzen 7 (recent generation), 32GB RAM minimum, 1TB NVMe SSD
\u00a0 – Dual monitors
\u00a0 – Wired Ethernet or strong network connection \u2014 must support all-day Zoom calls and remote hosted environments simultaneously<\/p>\n

## Available Shifts (Pacific Time)<\/p>\n

| Evening | 4:00 PM \u2013 1:00 AM | Sunday\u2013Friday |

## Compensation<\/p>\n

– **Training period (30 days):** $1,200
– **Independent worker:** $1,500\/month
– **Growth:** Take ownership of a task area and earn a **15% base salary increase per task**, such as:
\u00a0 – Customer\/vendor aging
\u00a0 – Inventory
\u00a0 – Purchase orders
\u00a0 – Price updates<\/p>\n
