As a hands-on generalist, you will own the full employee lifecycle end-to-end, partnering with leadership to build scalable processes and a premier staff experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as a generalist owning multiple functions<\/li>\n<li>Required: Strong working knowledge of California and Arizona state employment laws<\/li>\n<li>Desired: Proficiency in Rippling HRIS<\/li>\n<li>Desired: High growth, or start-up experience<\/li>\n<li>Required: Availability for full-time work within Pacific Time Zone business hours<\/li>\n<li>Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is highly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent experience; HR certification (PHR\/SHRM-CP) is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication skills and discretion with confidential information\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Core Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compliance &amp; Payroll: Manage multi-state compliance, own full-cycle payroll in Rippling, and maintain audit-ready records<\/li>\n<li>Talent Acquisition: Drive full-cycle recruiting from JD creation to onboarding top-tier talent<\/li>\n<li>Employee Experience: Administer benefits, design engagement programs, and support professional development<\/li>\n<li>Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary HR resource for managers, providing coaching on performance and policy\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 &#8211; $75,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package including health plans, 401(k), generous PTO, and a remote-first work environment.<\/p>\n<p>How to Apply<\/p>\n<p>Ready to make an impact?
