Website Management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and update WordPress websites and other CMS platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Implement content updates, page layouts, and reusable templates.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with ongoing website improvements and feature enhancements.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quality Assurance<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and resolve front-end bugs and visual inconsistencies.<\/li>\n<li>Test websites across browsers and devices to ensure reliable performance.<\/li>\n<li>Help maintain high coding standards and quality across projects.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Continuous Learning<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay up to date with modern front-end technologies and industry best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in code reviews and collaborate with senior developers.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve your technical and problem-solving skills.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>0\u00e2\u0080\u00932 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance work, personal projects, or junior roles.<\/li>\n<li>Experience building or contributing to live websites or web applications is an advantage.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Education<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Technical Skills<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first development.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with React, Vue.js, or similar front-end frameworks is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of SEO-friendly front-end development.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tools<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience using Git or other version control systems.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of website performance optimization and cross-browser testing.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Soft Skills<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.<\/li>\n<li>Eager to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nice to Have<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English;
