You&#8217;ll drive our test automation strategy, expand end-to-end coverage in Playwright, and raise the bar for backend testing. This is a hands-on collaborative role with genuine ownership, direct impact on product development and the experience of our customers.<\/p>\n\n<h4><strong>Your 12-Month Journey<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>During your first 3 months:<\/strong> You&#8217;ll get to know Tellent HR, our engineering practices, and our quality standards. You&#8217;ll learn our testing framework and development workflow while gradually contributing to automated and exploratory testing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Within 6 months:<\/strong> You&#8217;ll take ownership of quality for parts of the product, expand our Playwright test coverage and work closely with engineers to build quality into every stage of development.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>After 1 year:<\/strong> You&#8217;ll be a trusted quality partner within the team, driving improvements to our testing strategy, raising the bar for automation, and helping shape how we approach quality as Tellent HR continues to grow.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>What You\u00e2\u0080\u0099ll Be Doing<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Work closely with our other QE\u00e2\u0080\u0099s to help bring our test automation strategy to life across Tellent HR, taking joint ownership and maintaining a significant part of it as it grows.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Partner with developers and fellow QE\u00e2\u0080\u0099s to embed quality early, sharing domain knowledge in both directions and shaping testing practices collaboratively.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software accuracy and functionality<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Develop into a product domain expert using that understanding to test, spot risks earlier and guide quality decisions across Tellent HR<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>What You Bring<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Strong QA experience:<\/strong> Several years of hands-on quality engineering, with senior-level ownership of testing for complex web applications.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>E2E automation:<\/strong> Experience building and maintaining end-to-end test suites in Playwright<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>API &amp; backend testing skills:<\/strong> Proficiency testing GraphQL APIs and backend services<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Balance of product and technical thinking:<\/strong> Equally at home discussing product behaviour and digging into technical detail.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Communication:<\/strong> Fluent English and Polish for daily collaboration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Primarily remote working with flexibility and opportunities to connect with the team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Diverse and international team environment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Annual compensation range: 200000-225000 PLN\/year (+ VAT where applicable)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Time off based on contract type:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>B2B: 30 paid break days<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Employment contract: 26 paid holiday days + 2 wellbeing days<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>\u00e2\u0082\u00ac1500 annual learning budget<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Wellness perks including Multisport and private healthcare (LuxMed)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Apple MacBook, displays, and all the tools you need to succeed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>\u00e2\u0082\u00ac200 home office budget + work-from-home allowance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>About Tellent<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Tellent is a leading Talent Management Suite designed to empower HR &amp; People teams across the entire employee journey.
