Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Salesforce Administrator to join our team.As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our\u00a0Salesforce platform to support our business operations and enhance overall efficiency. You will\u00a0collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to understand\u00a0business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal\u00a0candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, extensive knowledge of\u00a0Salesforce best practices, and proficient ability in Salesforce flows, process builders, and\u00a0formula fields.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You Need to Get the Job Done<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years as a Salesforce Administrator, including advanced knowledge of\u00a0Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization<\/li>\n<li>Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports\u00a0and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management, security, and\u00a0governance<\/li>\n<li>Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to\u00a0translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively\u00a0collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in leading and mentoring junior administrators or Salesforce teams<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What Will Make Us REALLY Love You\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and\/or Agentforce<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Salesforce Lightning is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in working on Agile development\u00a0projects is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Love About Us<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatplacetowork.com\/certified-company\/5003334\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Great Company Culture<\/strong><\/a>.
