We\u00e2\u0080\u0099re enabling a fully digital, AI-powered workflow that turns the physical world into precise, actionable data.<\/p>\n<p>We\u00e2\u0080\u0099ve gone from 0 \u00e2\u0086\u0092 $3m in ARR in under a year, and are pacing to triple this year.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>To support this growth, we\u00e2\u0080\u0099re looking for a Growth and Success Manager who is a highly resourceful, execution-oriented operator who thrives at the intersection of go-to-market, operations, and people.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a high-ownership, high-exposure role working directly with leadership across sales and operations. Helping us scale how we sell, how we operate, and how we build our team.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You will directly impact:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How fast we grow<\/li>\n<li>How efficiently we operate<\/li>\n<li>The quality of our team and culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u00e2\u0080\u0099ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Launch new customers and supporting strategic accounts<\/li>\n<li>Develop content and manage accounts on Medida&#8217;s new product offerings<\/li>\n<li>Create processes to streamline customer onboarding and product adoption<\/li>\n<li>Work directly with the CEO on special projects for GTM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Who You Are<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A builder who doesn\u00e2\u0080\u0099t wait for instructions, you see what\u00e2\u0080\u0099s needed and make it happen<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable operating in ambiguity and rapid change<\/li>\n<li>Strong communicator with a bias toward being resourceful and action<\/li>\n<li>Energized by working across multiple domains (sales, ops, product, brand)<\/li>\n<li>Excited to travel to meet our clients face-to-face 25% of the time<\/li>\n<li>+4 years of experience in a customer facing role in a high growth tech, early stage tech, consulting, VC, PE or IB role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Medida<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work on cutting-edge AI + computer vision technology, transforming a massive industry<\/li>\n<li>We are growing fast which means you can have a huge impact.
