As a recognized \u00e2\u0080\u0098Top Place to Work\u00e2\u0080\u0099 and \u00e2\u0080\u0098Best Company\u00e2\u0080\u0099 in customer service, quality, and value, we value collaboration, growth, and innovation in every team member.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Project Features<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Hosted in MS Azure, AWS, but mainly OVHcloud (US)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>OVHcloud contains Bare Metal and VMs<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>OS: CentOS \/ AlmaLinux OS<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Components: Nginx, KeyDB\/Redis, OpenSearch<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Database: MariaDB\/MySQL, Percona \/ Galera Cluster, ProxySQL<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Storage: GlusterFS<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Language: PHP 8 (Yii2, Symfony, Laravel)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Monitoring tools: Datadog, Sentry, Pingdom<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>IaC: Terraform, Ansible<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Alerting: OpsGenie<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure the reliability of infrastructure supporting mission-critical services, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proactively monitor, respond to, diagnose and resolve incidents, improving response time and minimizing customer impact.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Work closely with Russian speaking Developers, QA and System Analysts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Enhance CI\/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and automation processes to streamline workflows and increase system efficiency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Keep infrastructure-related documentation up to date.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>5+ years of experience<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0with a proven track record of maintaining high-availability infrastructure in a high-load environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Expertise in\u00c2\u00a0<strong>Linux systems<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0and web stacks (Nginx, PHP, MySQL\/MariaDB, Redis\/KeyDB) to ensure smooth and efficient operation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong experience with\u00c2\u00a0<strong>MySQL\/MariaDB<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0<strong>Galera cluster<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0and Gluster storage to optimize data reliability and scalability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deep knowledge of\u00c2\u00a0<strong>network architectures<\/strong>, including TCP\/IP, DNS, VPNs, and load balancing techniques, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and optimizing network performance to support distributed systems across multiple regions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Understanding of\u00c2\u00a0<strong>CI\/CD<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0and security best practices to drive efficiency and ensure the protection of our systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>English &#8211; B2+, both written and spoken<em>\u00c2\u00a0(You will work on a daily basis with the Director of DevOps who is a native speaker)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Russian language &#8211; C1.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Desirable but not mandatory<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Proficiency in PHP and Docker for seamless integration and deployment of services<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Understanding of the principles of Infrastructure-as-Code, Monitoring-as-Code, and GitOps (we use Ansible and Terraform)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with Cloudflare and AWS services (EKS, S3, OpenSearch)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience in building fault-tolerant systems and compliance audits (SOC, FFIEC, etc.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Familiarity with Jira and Agile software development<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Familiarity with modern container orchestration and deployment tools (Kubernetes, Helm)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>What do we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Remote<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0work with flexible schedule<\/li>\n<li>Competitive salary based on performance, with payments in<strong>\u00c2\u00a0USD\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong>through<strong>\u00c2\u00a0Deel.com<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Payments to foreign account<\/li>\n<li>Assistance with opening an IE in Georgia (if necessary)<\/li>\n<li>Paid holidays, sick leave, sports, English in Skyeng<\/li>\n<li>Participation in an interesting project with the possibility of team building<\/li>\n<li>Support for initiatives and opportunities for development<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About Americor Americor is a leader in debt relief solutions, helping thousands of clients in the USA achieve financial freedom through innovative services.
