This role is responsible for building and maintaining a consistent employee experience, ensuring strong compliance foundations, administering benefits, and implementing scalable performance and engagement systems as the company grows.<\/p>\n

Ideal candidate will have 8 plus years of experience partnering with leadership and serving as the primary point of contact for all HR operations, including rolling out OKRs (Rippling a huge plus)<\/p>\n
