We are seeking a Property Maintenance & Operations Coordinator to join Arboretum Services Ltd. The successful candidate will deliver hands-on maintenance support while ensuring properties, equipment, and systems are safe, functional, and maintained to a high operational standard.<\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

DO YOU HAVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

A minimum 3 years\u00e2\u0080\u0099 hands-on experience in property maintenance, facilities, or handyman roles<\/p>\n

Strong practical experience with AC servicing, including cleaning, filter changes, and troubleshooting<\/p>\n

Solid knowledge of basic electrical repairs, fixture replacement, and minor fault diagnosis<\/p>\n

Proven plumbing maintenance skills, including responding to urgent repair situations<\/p>\n

Experience maintaining equipment, tools, gates, and mechanical systems<\/p>\n

The ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments and near water<\/p>\n

Experience working on boats or in marine environments, strongly preferred<\/p>\n

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, maintenance-first mindset<\/p>\n

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and participate in on-call rotation<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

WE WANT YOU TO:<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Perform routine and preventative maintenance across all properties, including AC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs<\/p>\n

Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly to minimize downtime and ensure safety<\/p>\n

Maintain and service gates, pumps, tools, and equipment to ensure reliability and longevity<\/p>\n

Power wash and upkeep exterior areas, ensuring properties remain clean and well-presented<\/p>\n

Support emergency maintenance needs, including after-hours repairs and urgent callouts<\/p>\n

Assist with hurricane preparedness, securing property assets and implementing safety measures<\/p>\n

Maintain maintenance records, inventory of tools and parts, and coordinate supply needs<\/p>\n

Provide operational support where needed while prioritizing maintenance excellence<\/p>\n
