We&#8217;re building a world-class education platform to help people turn their knowledge into income through coaching and consulting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Role:<\/strong><br \/>This is a\u00a0remote, full-time\u00a0position. You must be available during\u00a08AM-5PM EST, Monday to Friday. On average, you&#8217;ll work\u00a0up to 9 hours per day, and some days will require a little more effort of 10 hours.<\/p>\n<p>You must currently live in\u00a0North America, Europe, or South Africa, and speak fluent, accent-neutral English. Clear communication is non-negotiable, we&#8217;re in the coaching business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Here are the requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must be able to commit full time hours (Our office hours are 9 AM &#8211; 6 PM EST, though if you are different time zones we&#8217;re super open minded)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be conducting new onboarding calls daily to welcome in new students.<\/li>\n<li>You will be conducting check in coaching calls daily, to hold accountable, motivate, and inspire students inside the program (must be comfortable jumping on 1:1 Zoom calls or recording Loom videos as needed.<\/li>\n<li>You will be messaging clients on a daily basis, in order to hold them accountable to their plan of execution towards their goals and moderating the community. <\/li>\n<li>Weekly group coaching calls answering client questions<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong communication\/interpersonal skills so we can put you in front of our clients and you can confidently answer their questions and guide their decisions<\/li>\n<li>Help innovate our products by creating and producing new video trainings\/worksheets to deliver a world-class experience.<\/li>\n<li>Taking renewal \/ upgrade calls with clients and enrolling them into our backend coaching programs. <\/li>\n<li>Should be proficient or at least knowledgeable about our tech stack (Loom, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Zapier, Calendly, GSuite, CRM, etc.) &#8211; you should be familiar with the above tools, or have a willingness to learn these VERY quickly if hired. <\/li>\n<li>Your role will constantly be changing.
