The Sales Assistant plays a key supporting role in the success of the US sales team by providing administrative, operational, and customer service support to the VP of Global Sales. This position assists in managing the daily workflow of the sales department, including scheduling, lead tracking, CRM updates, and preparing sales materials and reports. The Sales Assistant also serves as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and the efficient execution of client-facing tasks across residential and strategic partner (SP) channels. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential in this fast-paced, team-oriented environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP of Global Sales<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Prepare and update sales reports, presentations, and customer-facing materials for residential and SP accounts<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the VP of Global Sales<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Assist with lead tracking, CRM data entry, and pipeline management across all sales channels<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Support coordination between the sales team and the Strategic Partner (SP) network, including onboarding and communication<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Assist in tracking SP territory coverage and ensuring Basics product line distribution aligns with current SP network policies<\/p>\n

Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/span>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Familiarity with B2B sales, strategic partner channels, and customer relationship lifecycles<\/p>\n
