We are looking for a highly analytical and relationship-driven professional who can combine strong underwriting expertise with business development and deal origination skills.<\/p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who understands commercial real estate finance end-to-end \u00e2\u0080\u0094 from sourcing opportunities and underwriting deals to structuring transactions and managing closings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Underwrite commercial real estate transactions across multiple asset classes including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use<\/li>\n<li>Analyze borrower financials, rent rolls, operating statements, tax returns, and market data<\/li>\n<li>Build and review financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation analyses<\/li>\n<li>Structure loan terms and investment scenarios based on risk assessment and deal strategy<\/li>\n<li>Source and originate new commercial lending opportunities through brokers, borrowers, investors, and industry relationships<\/li>\n<li>Manage deal flow from initial screening through closing<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate due diligence, legal documentation, title, third-party reports, and closing requirements<\/li>\n<li>Present investment and lending recommendations to leadership<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationships with lenders, brokers, borrowers, and capital partners<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trends and identify strategic lending and investment opportunities\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, investment analysis, mortgage banking, acquisitions, or loan origination<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of commercial lending structures and CRE financial analysis<\/li>\n<li>Experience underwriting income-producing properties and evaluating investment opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to source, negotiate, or originate commercial deals<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with banks, private lenders, debt funds, bridge loans, agency financing, or institutional capital<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and negotiation abilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Background<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are especially interested in candidates with experience in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commercial mortgage banking<\/li>\n<li>CRE acquisitions or investment analysis<\/li>\n<li>Loan origination and capital markets<\/li>\n<li>Debt\/equity structuring<\/li>\n<li>Institutional or private real estate lending\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive base salary + performance-based compensation<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to work on high-value commercial transactions<\/li>\n<li>Career growth within an expanding real estate finance platform<\/li>\n<li>High exposure to acquisitions, underwriting, and capital markets<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About Us We are a growing commercial real estate lending and investment company focused on structuring and closing high-value commercial deals across multiple asset classes.
