To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.<\/p>\n<h3>Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Responding promptly to customer inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with customers through various channels.<\/li>\n<li>Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.<\/li>\n<li>Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.<\/li>\n<li>Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Customer Service Representative Requirements:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable using computers.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with customer support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints.
