Product Operations (60%)<\/h3>\n<p>Client &amp; Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Lead client discovery and requirements-gathering sessions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Translate business requirements into clear development tasks<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Provide regular project updates and status reporting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Development Coordination<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Coordinate developers, designers, and stakeholders<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Track project milestones and delivery schedules<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure work remains within scope and deadlines<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Technical Triage &amp; QA<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Document bugs, issues, and feature requests<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Reproduce and prioritize technical issues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Assist with testing and acceptance validation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Communicate technical requirements clearly to developers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Documentation<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Create user stories and acceptance criteria<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain project documentation, SOPs, backlogs, and roadmaps<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Growth Marketing &amp; Business Development (40%)<\/h3>\n<p>Marketing<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Create and coordinate marketing campaigns across SaaS products<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage content calendars and social media activity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support website updates and marketing collateral<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sales &amp;
