We know that our products make a real difference to our clients and their families.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role | <\/strong>Reporting to the Pharmacist Operations Manager and the Head Pharmacy Technician of CG Health, you will be required to work independently in a dynamic fast-paced environment while being responsible for daily and on-going technician and store duties. Other duties and responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform all the duties of a Pharmacy Technician in an efficient and professional manner<\/li>\n<li>Possess an in-depth knowledge of all prescription and over the counter (OTC) products<\/li>\n<li>Receive medicine orders, complete data entry and prepare prescriptions while maintaining efficient workflow management<\/li>\n<li>Accurate technical completion of Monitored Dosage System packs<\/li>\n<li>Inventory management, including monitoring inventory levels, rotation of stock and checking expiry dates<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer queries in an efficient and customer-first manner<\/li>\n<li>Develop positive and professional relationships with all customers and vendors<\/li>\n<li>Insurance billing of prescription claims to insurance companies, tracking and clearing insurance payments and resolving discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Effective stock-management and procurement of pharmaceuticals and Pharmacy supplies from overseas and local wholesalers in a timely manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Person | <\/strong>To be the ideal candidate you must have:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successful completion of Pharmacy Technician Degree from an accredited program<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 3 years\u00e2\u0080\u0099 retail pharmacy technician experience<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of all laws and regulations governing pharmacy in Bermuda<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of Rx30, including Bermuda insurance billings<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Monitored Dosage System Packs<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle a fast-paced dispensary operation<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work as part of a team and to take directions from other staff members<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends &amp; public holidays and be available for after-hours deliveries. Hours of work may change to meet the changing demands of services required<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift heavy loads<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, retail pharmacy software and POS systems<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a history of outstanding customer service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Benefits | <\/strong>We value our employees and offer a supportive and inclusive work environment.
