{"id":200,"date":"2025-01-10T15:05:12","date_gmt":"2025-01-10T15:05:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tradefinder.help\/?p=200"},"modified":"2025-01-10T15:05:12","modified_gmt":"2025-01-10T15:05:12","slug":"responsible-gaming-associate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tradefinder.help\/?p=200","title":{"rendered":"Responsible Gaming Associate"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>About the role and why it\u00e2\u0080\u0099s unique:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a subject matter expert in responsible gaming, advising and supporting cross-functional teams (AML, Fraud, Customer Service) on best practices and escalated cases<\/li>\n<li>Drive the development of a responsible gaming culture by collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives that promote healthy gameplay<\/li>\n<li>Proactively monitor player activity to identify and address risky behaviors, using data analytics and detailed case investigations<\/li>\n<li>Lead reviews of complex player account activities and assist in the development of response protocols for high-risk behaviors<\/li>\n<li>Regularly update and refine responsible gaming reports, compliance logs, and alert systems in alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Who you are:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Skilled in risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and customer engagement within a gaming or similarly regulated environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical abilities, with a proven track record of investigating complex accounts and identifying patterns related to responsible gaming<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in both written and verbal communication, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to resolve escalated issues diplomatically<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous attention to detail, capable of handling sensitive matters with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Even better if you have:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of experience\u00a0in responsible gaming, compliance, or a related field within the gaming industry, preferably with direct experience in a sportsbook or online gaming environment<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in process improvement, with the ability to implement and refine protocols that support responsible gaming efforts<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with data analytics tools, Microsoft Excel, and ticketing or CRM systems such as Intercom<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work at least one weekend day during peak sporting seasons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><br \/>Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $80,000, plus target equity.
