You take ownership of the entire production stack \u2014 from prompting and generation to editing, compositing, graphic design work and final delivery. You thrive in a high-performance environment where your quick wits and passion for story-telling shine.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to your Content Lead, this is what you&#8217;ll be doing:<\/p>\n<p class=\"h2\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"h2\">Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Conceptualise scripts based on current production needs and centred around existing AI characters (our own IPs)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Create <span>narrative-driven, longform video content<\/span>, including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, with a strong focus on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence throughout<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Own and manage <span>end-to-end AI video production workflows<\/span>, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Utilise tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse <span>and other AI video models\/platforms<\/span> to produce high-quality visual sequences<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Develop and maintain <span>consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity<\/span> across longer narratives using advanced techniques<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Integrate <span>motion graphic design and colour correction<\/span> to deliver cohesive final outputs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experiment rapidly with new <span>AI models, tools, and techniques<\/span>, incorporating them into production workflows and sharing skills with the rest of the team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Align with your Content Lead\u2019s creative direction while maintaining a high degree of <span>autonomy in execution and technical decision-making<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Continuously refine workflows for <span>efficiency, scalability, and output quality<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"h1\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"h1\">Your Qualifications<\/p>\n<p class=\"h2\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"h2\">Hard Skills<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>4\u20136+ years of experience in <span>video production, VFX, or digital art<\/span>, with a strong portfolio (AI-driven video work is a must)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Hands-on experience with the latest <span>AI video tools and models<\/span> (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging options)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Solid understanding of <span>AI image\/video generation pipelines<\/span>, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with traditional tools like <span>Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar<\/span> for final assembly and polish<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong grasp of <span>visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to maintain <span>character and scene consistency across sequences<\/span> in AI-generated content<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"h2\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"h2\">Soft Skills<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udde3 Strong communication &amp;
